Kahuta: Action Against Land Grabbers: Assistant Commissioner Kahuta Recovers Encroached Land in Kahuta Club Line

قبضہ گروہوں کے خلاف ایک فیصلہ کن کارروائی میں اسسٹنٹ کمشنر کہوٹہ نے کہوٹہ کلب لائن کے علاقے میں غیر قانونی طور پر قبضہ کی گئی زمین واگزار کروالی۔ یہ زمین، جس پر مقامی بااثر افراد نے ناجائز قبضہ جما رکھا تھا، انتظامیہ نے موقع پر کارروائی کرتے ہوئے اصل مالکان کے حوالے کر دی۔

سرکاری ذرائع کے مطابق اسسٹنٹ کمشنر نے یہ کارروائی اس وقت کی جب شہریوں کی جانب سے متعدد درخواستیں موصول ہوئیں، جن میں شکایت کی گئی تھی کہ بااثر افراد نے ان کی اراضی پر ناجائز قبضہ جما رکھا ہے۔ ریکارڈ کی جانچ پڑتال اور قانونی تقاضے پورے کرنے کے بعد انتظامیہ نے فوری قدم اٹھاتے ہوئے قبضہ ختم کرایا اور ملکیت اصل مالکان کے نام منتقل کردی۔

اسسٹنٹ کمشنر نے اس عزم کا اعادہ کیا کہ کہوٹہ انتظامیہ شہریوں کے جائیداد کے حقوق کے تحفظ کے لیے ہر ممکن اقدام کرے گی اور کسی قسم کی غیر قانونی قبضہ مافیاز کو برداشت نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ انہوں نے ایسے متاثرہ شہریوں کو ہدایت کی کہ وہ اپنی شکایات اور درخواستیں براہِ راست ان کے دفتر میں جمع کروائیں تاکہ بروقت کارروائی کی جا سکے۔

مقامی شہریوں نے اس کامیاب کارروائی کو سراہتے ہوئے کہا کہ اس طرح کے اقدامات سے نہ صرف عوام کا ضلعی انتظامیہ پر اعتماد بڑھتا ہے بلکہ خطے میں عرصہ دراز سے جاری قبضہ گروپوں کے اثر و رسوخ میں بھی کمی آتی ہے۔

انتظامیہ نے واضح کیا ہے کہ ناجائز قبضوں کے خلاف کارروائیاں جاری رہیں گی اور متاثرہ شہریوں کو ہر صورت انصاف فراہم کیا جائے گا۔

The land, which had been unlawfully seized by local encroachers, was reclaimed and formally handed back to the rightful owners.

According to official sources, the Assistant Commissioner led the operation after receiving multiple complaints from residents alleging that their property had been taken over by influential individuals. Upon verification of records and completion of the legal process, the administration moved swiftly to clear the encroachment and restore the land to its legitimate owners.

The Assistant Commissioner reiterated that the Kahuta administration is committed to protecting citizens’ property rights and that no illegal occupation will be tolerated. He encouraged residents facing similar issues to submit their applications and complaints directly to his office so that timely action can be taken.

Local citizens have praised the operation, stating that such actions boost public confidence in the district administration and help curb the long-standing issue of land grabbing in the region.

The Kahuta administration has vowed to continue its crackdown on encroachment and ensure that all affected residents receive justice.
