Gujar Khan; Another Brave Son of Gujar Khan Lays Down His Life for the Nation

گوجرخان (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام، 14 اکتوبر 2025) — جرات اور قربانی کی سرزمین گوجر خان، جو دو نشانِ حیدر حاصل کرنے والے بہادروں کی دھرتی کے نام سے جانی جاتی ہے، نے ایک بار پھر اپنے ایک اور بہادر سپوت کو وطن پر قربان کر دیا۔

مقامی ذرائع کے مطابق محمد وقاص ولد راجہ محمد الطاف، ساکن گاؤں بھرول، یونین کونسل چنگا بنگیال، افغانستان میں لڑتے ہوئے شہادت کے اعلیٰ درجے پر فائز ہو گئے۔ شہید محمد وقاص کی یہ عظیم قربانی گوجر خان کے ان بہادروں کی طویل فہرست میں ایک اور روشن اضافہ ہے جنہوں نے وطنِ عزیز کی خاطر اپنی جانیں نچھاور کیں۔

شہید کا نمازِ جنازہ بھرول گاؤں میں فوجی اعزاز کے ساتھ ادا کیا گیا۔ نمازِ جنازہ میں علاقے کے عوام، معزز سماجی و سیاسی شخصیات، اور پاک فوج کے افسران و جوانوں کی بڑی تعداد نے شرکت کی۔ شرکاء نے شہید کے بلند درجات اور اہلِ خانہ کے لیے صبرِ جمیل کی دعا کی۔

اس موقع پر مقررین نے کہا کہ قوم کو اس نازک وقت میں یکجہتی کا مظاہرہ کرنا چاہیے، سیاسی و ذاتی اختلافات کو بالائے طاق رکھتے ہوئے پاک فوج کے شانہ بشانہ کھڑا ہونا چاہیے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ پاک فوج کے یہ بیٹے وطنِ عزیز کی خودمختاری اور سلامتی کے محافظ ہیں، جو اپنی جانوں کا نذرانہ دے کر قوم کا سر فخر سے بلند کرتے ہیں۔وطن کے اس بہادر سپوت کو پوری قوم کا سلام۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com, October 14, 2025) – The land of courage and sacrifice, Gujar Khan—known as the soil that has produced two recipients of the Nishan-e-Haider—has once again given a brave son to the motherland.

According to local sources, Muhammad Waqas, the son of Raja Muhammad Altaf, a resident of the village Bharwal, Union Council Changa Bangyal, embraced martyrdom while fighting in Afghanistan. His supreme sacrifice adds another chapter to the long list of heroes from Gujar Khan who have laid down their lives in the line of duty for Pakistan.

The Namaz-e-Janaza of the martyr was held with full military honour in Bharwal village. A large number of people from the surrounding areas, along with military officials, attend to pay their final respects to the national hero. A large number of people, along with social and political personalities, attended.

At this solemn time, national unity is being called for, as people are reminded to set aside political and personal differences and stand shoulder to shoulder with the Pakistan Armed Forces, whose sons continue to safeguard the nation’s sovereignty with unmatched courage and devotion.
