Blackburn: Mother Killed by Falling Tree Branch After Saving Daughter’s Life

انگلینڈ کے شہر بلیکرن میں وٹن کنٹری پارک کے اندر ایک دلخراش واقعہ پیش آیا جہاں 32 سالہ مدیہ کوثر درخت کی بھاری شاخ گرنے سے جاں بحق ہوگئیں۔ مرحومہ کو اہل خانہ نے ’’ہیرو ماں‘‘ قرار دیا ہے کیونکہ انہوں نے آخری لمحے میں اپنی پانچ سالہ بیٹی کو دھکا دے کر حادثے سے محفوظ بنا دیا۔

اہل خانہ کے مطابق مدیہ کوثر اپنے شوہر اور دو بچوں کے ساتھ پارک میں سیر کر رہی تھیں جب یہ سانحہ پیش آیا۔ ان کے شوہر اور نو سالہ بیٹا آگے چل رہے تھے جبکہ وہ اپنی بیٹی کے ساتھ پیچھے تھیں کہ اچانک شاخ گر گئی۔

مدیہ کے نانا زاد چچا اور کونسلر ضمیر خان نے کہا کہ ’’یہ ایک لاکھ میں ایک حادثہ تھا۔ مدیہ اپنے بچوں سے بے پناہ محبت کرتی تھی اور ہمیشہ ایک شفیق اور قربانی دینے والی ماں کے طور پر یاد رکھی جائیں گی۔‘‘ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ ’’وہ نہایت نیک دل اور دوسروں کی مدد کے لیے ہر وقت تیار رہتی تھیں۔ یہ سانحہ پورے خاندان کے لیے شدید صدمے کا باعث ہے۔‘‘

اطلاعات کے مطابق ملک بھر سے خاندان کے افراد بلیکرن پہنچ چکے ہیں جہاں مرحومہ کی نماز جنازہ آج ادا کی جائے گی۔

Blackburn, UK / (Pothwar.com, Mohammad Naseer Raja – September 01, 2025): A mother who tragically died after being struck by a falling tree branch in Witton Country Park has been hailed a hero for saving her daughter’s life.

According to her family, 32-year-old Madia Kauser managed to push her five-year-old daughter out of harm’s way just in time, before the branch fatally struck her.

Mrs. Kauser had been walking with her husband and two children when the “one-in-a-million” tragedy occurred. Her husband and nine-year-old son were walking ahead, while she and her daughter were behind when the accident happened.

Her great-uncle, Councillor Zamir Khan, described her as a “very caring mum who loved her kids to bits” and said she would always be remembered for her sacrifice. He added, “She was kind-hearted and always went out of her way to help others. We are all devastated.”

Family members from across the country have gathered in Blackburn to attend her funeral, which is scheduled to take place later today.
