Gujar Khan: Brother Kills Brother Over Property Dispute in Dhok Hashoo, Jand Nijar

جنڈ نجار کے نواحی علاقے ڈھوک ہاشو، گوجرخان کے قریب، ایک افسوسناک واقعہ پیش آیا جہاں جائیداد کے تنازعے پر سگے بھائی نے اپنے ہی بھائی کو گولی مار کر قتل کر دیا۔ ابتدائی پولیس رپورٹ کے مطابق، مقتول کی شناخت سجاد کے نام سے ہوئی ہے جسے مبینہ طور پر اس کے حقیقی بھائی ولایت نے شدید جھگڑے کے دوران فائرنگ کر کے ہلاک کیا۔

یہ تنازعہ کافی عرصے سے جاری تھا، جو کہ سکھو روڈ پر واقع وراثتی جائیداد کی تقسیم پر تھا۔ واقعے کے روز دونوں بھائیوں کے درمیان تلخ کلامی شدت اختیار کر گئی، جس پر ولایت نے طیش میں آ کر سجاد پر فائر کھول دیا۔ سجاد موقع پر ہی جاں بحق ہو گیا، جبکہ فائرنگ کی زد میں آ کر ایک خاتون بھی زخمی ہو گئی۔

اے ایس پی سید دانیال حسن فوری طور پر اپنی ٹیم کے ہمراہ جائے وقوعہ پر پہنچے اور حالات کا جائزہ لیا۔ مقتول کی لاش کو پولیس نے اپنی تحویل میں لے کر قانونی کارروائی کا آغاز کر دیا ہے، جبکہ ابتدائی رپورٹ درج کر کے مزید تحقیقات شروع کر دی گئی ہیں۔ پولیس شواہد اکھٹے کر رہی ہے اور عینی شاہدین کے بیانات بھی قلمبند کیے جا رہے ہیں۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com  – April 14, 2025):—A tragic incident took place in the suburban area of Dhok Hashoo, located in Jand Nijar near Gujar Khan, where a man was shot dead by his own brother over a property dispute. According to initial police reports, the victim, identified as Sajjad, was allegedly killed by his real brother, Wilayat, during a heated argument.

The dispute between the two brothers had been ongoing for some time, reportedly over the division of inherited property on Sukho road. On the day of the incident, tensions escalated, leading Wilayat to open fire on Sajjad. As a result, Sajjad died on the spot. A woman present at the scene was also injured during the gunfire.

ASP Syed Danial Hassan arrived at the scene and, along with Gujar Khan police personnel, assessed the situation. The body of the deceased was taken into police custody for legal proceedings, and an initial case has been registered. The police have launched a full investigation into the matter and are currently collecting evidence and eyewitness statements.

The local community has been left in shock and sorrow over the brutal fratricide, highlighting the growing concern of unresolved family disputes turning violent.
