Gujar Khan: Triple Murder Convicts Sentenced to Death

گوجر خان – (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام، 03 فروری 2025) –راولپنڈی پولیس کی موثر پولیسنگ، تہرے قتل کے 3 مجرمان کو معزز عدالت سے موت کی سزا،تینوں مجرمان کو سزائے موت اور مجموعی طور پر 15 لاکھ روپے ہرجانے کی سزا، مجرمان نے سابقہ دشمنی پر فائرنگ کرکے شہریوں مسعود الحسن،غضنفر اور آصف محمود کو قتل کر دیا تھا، مجرم عمران کو سزائے موت اور 5 لاکھ روپے ہرجانے کی سزا،مجرم کاشف منیر کو سزائے موت اور 5 لاکھ روپے ہرجانے کی سزا، مجرم عبدالوحید کو سزائے موت اور 5 لاکھ روپے ہرجانے کی سزا سنائی گیٔ، واقعہ کا مقدمہ سال 2020 تھانہ گوجر خان میں درج کیا گیا تھا، مقدمہ کی موثر پیروی کے پیش نظر معزز عدالت نے مجرمان کو قرار واقعی سزائیں سنائیں، قتل کے مجرمان کو قرار واقعی سزا ملنے پر سی پی او سید خالد ہمدانی کی ایس ایس پی انویسٹی گیشن اور تفتیشی و لیگل ٹیم کو شاباش، قتل جیسے سنگین مقدمات میں مجرمان کو سزائیں ملنا حق و انصاف کی فتح ہے، سی پی او سید خالد ہمدانی

Gujar Khan – (Pothwar.com, 03 February 2025) – In a major success for Rawalpindi Police, three convicts involved in a triple murder case have been sentenced to death by the honourable court. The convicts were also fined a total of Rs. 1.5 million.

The case dates back to 2020, when the criminals, acting on prior enmity, opened fire and killed three citizens—Masood-ul-Hassan, Ghazanfar, and Asif Mehmood. The court sentenced convict Imran to death along with a Rs. 500,000 fine, while convicts Kashif Munir and Abdul Waheed received the same penalties.

The case was registered at Gujar Khan Police Station, and due to effective prosecution, the court delivered a strict verdict. Following the sentencing, CPO Syed Khalid Hamdani commended the SSP Investigation, legal team, and investigators, stating that securing justice in serious murder cases represents a victory for truth and justice.
