روات(نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم، اکرام الحق قریشی,09،نومبر,2022)—ضلع راولپنڈی کیلئے ریجنل ترقیاتی منصوبوں اور تحصیل ہیڈ کوارٹرز کیلئے پیری اربن سٹرکچر پلان کی تیاری کیلئے راولپنڈی ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی کے کانفرنس روم میں اجلاس ہوا جس کی صدارت کمشنر ثاقب منان نے کی۔اجلاس میں موٹ میکڈونلڈ پاکستان کمپنی کے کنسلٹنٹ نے ریجنل ترقیاتی منصوبوں کے بارے میں پریذنٹیشن دی۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ کنسلٹنٹ نے راولپنڈی کی چار تحصیلوں جن میں گوجر خان، ٹیکسلا، کلر سیداں اور کہوٹہ شامل ہیں کے علاقائی ترقیاتی منصوبوں کی تیاری کیلئے بڑے پیمانے پر کام کیا ہے اور متعلقہ مقامی حکومتوں کے ساتھ تصدیق اور ان کی معلومات کے لیے ڈیٹا شیئر کیا ہے۔یہ بھی فیصلہ کیا گیا کہ شہری منصوبہ بندی اور علاقائی ترقیاتی منصوبے کے مربوط کام کے لیے مقامی حکومتوں اور آر ڈی اے کے پلاننگ افسران پر مشتمل رابطہ کمیٹی کو مطلع کیا جائے گا۔کمشنر نےکہا کہ تمام سٹیک ہولڈرز اور عوام کے ساتھ مل کر باقی ڈیلیورایبلز کو وقت کے اندر مکمل کیا جا سکتا ہے۔انہوں نے ڈائریکٹر جنرل آر ڈی اے محمد سیف انور جپہ کو ہدایت کی ہےکہ آر ڈی اے ماسٹر پلان پر مزید کام کرے۔

Rawat (Pothwar.com, Ikram ul Haq Qureshi, 09, November 2022)- A meeting was held in the conference room of Rawalpindi Development Authority for the preparation of Regional Development Plans for District Rawalpindi and Peri-Urban Structure Plan for Tehsil Headquarters, chaired by Commissioner Saqib Manan.

In the meeting, the consultant of Mott McDonald Pakistan Company gave a presentation about regional development projects. He said that the consultant has worked extensively for the preparation of regional development plans for four tehsils of Rawalpindi, including Gujar Khan, Taxila, Kallar Syedan ​​and Kahuta, and has verified data with the respective local governments and for their information.

It was also decided that a coordination committee consisting of planning officers of local governments and RDA will be informed for the coordinated work of urban planning and regional development plan.

The commissioner said that all stakeholders and the public together, the rest of the deliverables can be completed within time.

He has directed Director General RDA Muhammad Saif Anwar Jappa to further work on the RDA Master Plan.
