London: Fire Claims Lives of Four British-Pakistani Family Members in Brent

A devastating house fire in the Brent area of northwest London claimed the lives of four members of a British-Pakistani family on Saturday morning. The Metropolitan Police have released the names of the deceased: 43-year-old Nusrat Usman, 15-year-old Maryam Mikaeel, 8-year-old Musa Usman, and 4-year-old Raees Usman.
The tragic incident occurred when a three-storey house in the Stonebridge neighborhood was engulfed in flames, leading to the deaths of the four family members due to severe burns. Emergency services responded quickly, but the intensity of the blaze left little time for rescue.
According to eyewitnesses, the affected family had migrated from Pakistan to the UK about 20 years ago and had been residing in the area since then.
British media reports that a 70-year-old woman and a young girl from the same family were rescued from the burning home and rushed to hospital with injuries. The fire completely destroyed the residential building.
The local community and broader Pakistani diaspora in the UK have expressed deep sorrow and sympathy over the incident, as investigations into the cause of the fire are now underway.

ہفتے کی صبح برینٹ کے 1 گھر میں لگنے والی آگ میں جاں بحق ہونے والے 4 افراد کے نام پولیس نے جاری کیے ہیں۔جاں بحق ہونے والوں میں 43 سالہ نصرت عثمان، 15 سالہ مریم میکائیل، 8 سالہ موسیٰ عثمان 4 سالہ رئیس عثمان شامل ہیں۔
گزشتہ روز نارتھ ویسٹ لندن کے علاقے اسٹون برج میں واقع گھر آگ کی لپیٹ میں آ گیا تھا جس میں یہ چاروں افراد جھلس کر جاں بحق ہو گئے تھے۔
چاروں ہلاک شدگان کا تعلق پاکستان سے ہے، عینی شاہدین کے مطابق متاثرہ خاندان آج سے 20 سال قبل پاکستان سے برطانیہ منتقل ہوا تھا۔
برطانوی میڈیا کے مطابق اسی خاندان کی ایک 70 سالہ خاتون اور ایک نوجوان لڑکی کو زخمی حالت میں اسپتال منتقل کیا گیا ہے، آگ سے اسٹون برج میں واقع خاتون کا 3 منزلہ مکان مکمل تباہ ہو گیا۔
