Gujar Khan: Nephew murders his uncle over land dispute in village Khingar Mamdal

گوجر خان(نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم۔ 08مئی، 2025ء) –گوجرخان کے نواحی گاؤں ڈھوک قائم دائم داخلی کھینگر ممدال میں زمین کے پرانے تنازع نے خونی رخ اختیار کر لیا۔ 70 سالہ بزرگ محمد رشید کو ان کے اپنے بھتیجے نے ڈنڈوں کے وار کر کے بے رحمی سے قتل کر دیا۔

پولیس اور عینی شاہدین کے مطابق چچا اور بھتیجے کے درمیان وراثتی زمین پر جھگڑا کافی عرصے سے چل رہا تھا۔ وقوعہ کے روز دونوں کے درمیان شدید تلخ کلامی ہوئی جو جلد ہی ہاتھا پائی میں بدل گئی۔ بھتیجے نے طیش میں آ کر چچا پر ڈنڈے سے حملہ کیا، جس کے نتیجے میں محمد رشید موقع پر ہی دم توڑ گئے۔

مقامی پولیس نے فوری کارروائی کرتے ہوئے ملزم کو موقع واردات سے گرفتار کر لیا۔ ملزم کے خلاف قتل کا مقدمہ درج کر کے مزید تفتیش شروع کر دی گئی ہے۔ پولیس اہلکار اہلِ خانہ اور ہمسایوں کے بیانات بھی قلم بند کر رہے ہیں تاکہ واقعے کی مکمل حقیقت سامنے آ سکے۔

ادھر تھانہ صدر چکوال کی حدود میں واقع گاؤں چک ملوک سے ایک ادھیڑ عمر شخص محمد لیاقت کی لاش برآمد ہوئی ہے۔ محمد لیاقت دو اپریل سے لاپتہ تھا، جس کی گمشدگی کی رپورٹ تھانہ ڈوہمن میں درج کرائی گئی تھی۔ لاش کو پوسٹ مارٹم کے لیے ڈسٹرکٹ ہیڈکوارٹر اسپتال منتقل کر دیا گیا ہے، جب کہ پولیس واقعے کی تفتیش کر رہی ہے۔

A 70-year-old man, identified as Muhammad Rasheed, was brutally murdered by his nephew, who attacked him with wooden sticks during a heated argument.

According to police and eyewitness reports, the dispute over ancestral land had been ongoing for several months between the uncle and nephew. On the day of the incident, the argument escalated to violence, resulting in the fatal assault. Muhammad Rasheed died on the spot due to severe head injuries.

The local police responded swiftly and arrested the accused from the crime scene. A murder case has been registered, and further investigations are underway. Authorities are also recording statements from family members and neighbors to establish the motive and background of the conflict.

In a separate case, police recovered the body of a middle-aged man in the village of Chak Malook in the jurisdiction of Chakwal Sadar Police Station. The deceased, identified as Muhammad Liaqat, had been missing since April 2. A missing person report had previously been filed at Dohman Police Station. The body has been shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital for post-mortem examination as police investigate the circumstances of his death.
