Gujar Khan: Raid for Arrest of Shooting Suspects in New Metro City Gujar Khan Leads to Seizure of Rs. 20 Million Worth of Narcotics

گوجرخان –(پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام,22،دسمبر، 2024ء ) —گوجرخان پولیس نے فائرنگ اور قتل کیس کے ملزمان کی گرفتاری کے لئے مارے گئے چھاپے کے دوران دو کروڑ روپے کے قریب مالیت کی منشیات برآمد کر لیں۔ ایس ڈی پی او سرکل گوجر خان رانا محمود الحسن اور ایس ایچ او تھانہ گوجرخان ملک نذیر احمد گھیبہ نے پریس کانفرنس میں بتایا کہ تین روز قبل نجی ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹی میں ہونے والی فائرنگ کے بعد فرار ہونے والے نامزد ملزمان کی ایک ڈیرے پر موجودگی کی اطلاع پر چھاپہ مارا گیا، ملزمان اندھیرے کا فائدہ اٹھاتے ہوئے فرار ہو گئے،چھاپے کی دوران ڈیرے کی تلاشی لی گئی تو وہاں سے ایک من 24 کلو چرس،210 گرام ہیروئن، 1860 گرام افیون، 730 گرام آئس بر آمد ہوئی جس کی مالیت دو کروڑ روپے کے لگ بھگ ہے۔ ڈی ایس پی کا کہنا تھا کہ ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹی میں کام کرنے والی منیجمنٹ سے لے کر سکیورٹی گارڈز تک تمام کی مکمل تفصیلات اکٹھی کی جا رہی ہیں۔

Gujar Khan – (Pothwar.com, December 22, 2024) — Gujar Khan Police seized narcotics worth nearly Rs. 20 million during a raid conducted to arrest suspects involved in a firing and murder case.

During a press conference, SDPO Gujar Khan Circle Rana Mehmood-ul-Hassan and SHO Malik Nazir Ahmed Gheba revealed that the raid was carried out following reports of the suspects’ presence at a hideout after fleeing a shooting incident in a private housing society three days earlier. However, the suspects managed to escape under the cover of darkness.

Upon searching the premises, police discovered 1 maund (approximately 40 kg) and 24 kg of hashish, 210 grams of heroin, 1,860 grams of opium, and 730 grams of ice (crystal meth). The seized contraband is estimated to be worth around Rs. 20 million.

The DSP stated that police are gathering comprehensive details from the housing society’s management and security personnel to aid in the investigation. Efforts are ongoing to apprehend the suspects involved in the case.
