Rawat: RDA Enforcement Squad Cracks Down on 5 Illegal Housing Schemes

روات (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام، اکرام الحق قریشی،19، اگست، 2024ء 12؍صفر المظفر 1446ھ) –راولپنڈی ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی انفورسمنٹ سکواڈ نے راولپنڈی میں 5غیر قانونی ہاؤسنگ سکیموں کے خلاف آپریشن کرتے ہوئے مین گیٹ، سائٹ دفاتر، باؤنڈری والز، روڈ ڈیوائیڈرز اور سٹریٹ لائٹس کو سر بمہر و مسمار کر دیا۔ ڈائریکٹر جنرل آر ڑی کنزہ مرتضی نے کہا ہے کہ غیر قانونی ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیوں کے خلاف کریک ڈاؤن جاری رہے گا۔ یہ سکیمیں موضع سہل، راجڑ، مجاہد، کولیاں حمید اور چاکرہ تحصیل و ضلع راولپنڈی میں واقع ہیں ۔ ترجمان آر ڈی اے کے مطابق آپریشن کے نتیجے میں ان غیر قانونی ہاؤسنگ سکیموں کے مین گیٹ، سائٹ دفاتر ، باؤنڈری والز، روڈ ڈیوائیڈرز اور سٹریٹ لائٹس کو سیل اور مسمار کیا گیا۔ ڈی جی آر ڈی اے کنزہ مرتضیٰ نے کہا ہے کہ کمشنر راولپنڈی کی ہدایات پر دھوکہ دہی کی روک تھام اور شہریوں کو استحصال سے بچانے کے لیے غیر قانونی ہاؤسنگ سوسائٹیوں کے خلاف کریک ڈاؤن جاری رہے گا۔ انہوں نے کہا ہے کہ ہاؤسنگ سکیموں کے مالکان کی جانب سے زمینوں پر غیر قانونی قبضوں سے متعلق عوامی شکایات کو سنجیدگی سے لیا جا رہا ہے اور زمینوں پر زبردستی قبضہ کرنے والوں کے خلاف سخت کارروائی عمل میں لائی جائے گی۔ آرڈی اے عوام کو مطلع کرنے کے لئے باقاعدگی سے پریس ریلیز جاری کرتا ہے اور شہریوں کو غیر قانونی ہاؤسنگ سکیموں میں سرمایہ کاری سے گریز کرنے کا مشورہ دیتا ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ عوام کی حوصلہ افزائی کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ آر ڈی اے ویب سائٹ (www.rda.gop.pk) دیکھیں اور صرف منظور شدہ ہاؤسنگ سکیموں سے خرید و فروخت کریں۔

Rawat (Pothwar.com, Ikram-ul-Haq Qureshi, August 19, 2024) – The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Enforcement Squad has launched a major operation against five illegal housing schemes in Rawalpindi, sealing and demolishing main gates, site offices, boundary walls, road dividers, and streetlights. The crackdown took place in the areas of Sahal, Rajar, Mujahid, Koliyan Hamid, and Chakri within Rawalpindi Tehsil and District.

Director General RDA, Kaniz Murtaza, affirmed that the operation against illegal housing societies will continue. She stated that the crackdown, conducted under the directions of the Commissioner of Rawalpindi, aims to prevent fraud and protect citizens from exploitation. The RDA spokesperson emphasized that public complaints about illegal land acquisitions by housing scheme owners are being taken seriously, and stringent actions will be taken against those involved in unlawful land grabs.
