راوت (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام، اکرام الحق قریشی،21، جون، 2024) – 2043میں راولپنڈی تحصیل کی آبادی70 لاکھ 32ہزار932ہوگی جس کیلئےمستقبل کی ضروریات کو مدنظر رکھتے ہوئے راولپنڈی کی ماسٹر پلاننگ کی جارہی ہے۔راولپنڈی کا کل رقبہ چار لاکھ ایک ہزار تین سو اٹھارہ ایکڑ ہےجس میں سے 46ہزار9سو ایکڑ آباد ہے۔اوسط ایک ایکڑ پر63افراد بس رہے ہیں۔پلان 2043کے تحت مستقبل میں بڑھنے والی آبادی کیلئے96 ہزار 482ایکڑ آباد رقبہ درکار ہوگا۔2043میںایک ایکڑ پر73افراد رہ رہے ہوں گے۔ذرائع کے مطابق اقتصادی سرگرمیوں کیلئے22مختلف زون تجویز کئے گئے ہیں۔ دھمیال روڈ،گرجا روڈ، اڈیالہ روڈ اور چکری روڈ کو نوے فٹ تک چوڑا کیا جائے گا۔پارکنگ کی سہولیات کیلئے بارہ جگہوں پر پارکنگ پلازوں کی تعمیر کی تجویز ہے۔طبی سہولیات کیلئے دھمیال روڈ ، اڈیالہ روڈ لنک روڈ پر تحصیل ہیڈ کوارٹر سطح کا ہسپتال 13 اعشاریہ 5 ایکڑ پر بنایا جائے گا۔ چکری روڈ پر ڈسٹرکٹ ہیڈ کوارٹرسطح کا ہسپتال 25 ایکڑپر بنے گا۔
