Saudi Arabia Introduces Same-Day Visa Processing for Pakistani Citizens

سعودی عرب (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام — محمد نصیر راجہ، 02 نومبر 2026) —سعودی عرب نے پاکستانی شہریوں کیلئے ویزہ کے حصول کے عمل کو آسان بنانے کی غرض سے اسلام آباد میں اپنے سفارت خانے میں ویزہ درخواستوں کی اسی دن پراسیسنگ کی سہولت متعارف کرانے کا اعلان کردیا، اس اقدام کا مقصد دونوں ممالک کے درمیان کاروباری، ثقافتی اور عوامی روابط کو مزید فروغ دینا ہے۔
سعودی عرب کے نئے سفیر ڈاکٹر راجح بن تامی البقمی نے اس سہولت کا اعلان وفاقی وزیر پیٹرولیم علی پرویز ملک سے اسلام آباد میں ملاقات کے دوران کیا، وزارتِ پیٹرولیم کی جانب سے 30 اکتوبر کو جاری کردہ سرکاری اعلامیے میں بھی تصدیق کی گئی ہے کہ اسلام آباد میں سعودی سفارت خانے نے پاکستانی شہریوں کی ویزا درخواستوں پر اسی دن کارروائی کا نظام متعارف کرایا ہے۔

Saudi Arabia (Pothwar.com – Mohammad Naseer Raja, November 02, 2026): Saudi Arabia has announced the introduction of a same-day visa processing facility for Pakistani citizens at its embassy in Islamabad, aiming to make the visa application process faster and more convenient.

The initiative is intended to further strengthen business, cultural and people-to-people relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia’s newly appointed Ambassador, Dr Rajeh bin Tami Al-Buqami, announced the facility during a meeting with Federal Minister for Petroleum Ali Pervaiz Malik in Islamabad.

An official statement issued by the Ministry of Petroleum on October 30 also confirmed that the Saudi Embassy in Islamabad has introduced a system to process visa applications submitted by Pakistani citizens on the same day.

The new facility is expected to simplify visa procedures and facilitate Pakistani applicants, while further promoting bilateral cooperation and closer ties between the two brotherly countries.
