ڈڈلی میں یاسر حسین کے قتل کے جرم میں نبیل چوہدری پر فرد جرم ثابت
Birmingham; Nabeel Choudhary has been found guilty of the murder of 34-year-old Yassir Hussain outside a takeaway in Dudley in December last year. Nabeel Choudhary, aged 21, has been convicted over the death of Yassir during a disorder in Central Drive, Lower Gornal. Yassir, a father-of-four from Burnley, had been in a car with his cousin, who worked as a delivery driver, on the evening on 4 December. They had completed one delivery when the car they were in was rammed by a van while they were parked up outside a takeaway. They managed to escape from the car and his cousin fled for his life, Yassir did not get away and was stabbed three times in the back. Despite the best efforts of paramedics at the scene, Yassir sadly died of his injuries.
برمنگھم کے علاقے ڈڈلی میں چونتیس سالہ یاسر حسین کے قتل کے جرم میں اکیس سالہ نبیل چوہدری پر فرد جرم ثابت ہو گئی تفصیلات کے مطابق یاسر حسین جو ایک ڈلیوری ڈرائیور کے طور پر کام کرتا تھا۔ کہ واقعہ کے روز وہ اپنے کزن کے ساتھ گاڑی میں تھا۔ ان کی گاڑی ایک ٹیک آوے ریسٹورنٹ کے باہر پارک کی گئی تھی اچانک ہی ایک بڑی سی وین ان کی گاڑی سے آ ٹکرائی۔ وہ دونوں گاڑی سے باہر نکلنے میں کامیاب ہو گئے یاسر کے کزن نے بھاگ کر اپنی جان بچائی جبکہ یاسر کے گاڑی سے نکلتے ہی اسے تین بار بار چاقو کے وار سے زخمی کر دیا گیا۔ پیرا میڈک سٹاف کے جائے حادثہ پر پہنچنے کے باوجود یاسر جانبر نہ ہو سکا اور اس کی جائے وقوعہ پر ہی موت واقعہ ہو گئی۔ نبیل چوہدری کو یاسر کے قتل کے جرم میں جیل کی سزا سنا دی گئی۔
