Kallar Syedan Religious School Student Dies ; Two Suspects Detained at Nalla Muslimana Madrassa

کلر سیداں (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام — اکرام الحق قریشی |28اگست 2026)—کلرسیداں کے دینی مدرسے کے طالب علم کا تشدد سے جاں بحق ہونے کا معاملہ،سی پی او راولپنڈی نے تمام پہلوؤں سے جانچ پڑتال کو یقینی بنانے کا حکم دے دیا،کلرسیداں پولیس نے مقدمہ درج کر کے دو ملزمان کو تحویل میں لے لیا،بھکر سے تعلق رکھنے والے قاری ثنااللہ چشتی چند ماہ قبل چند کمسن بچوں کو بھکر سے لے کر کلرسیداں کے گاؤں نلہ مسلماناں کے مدرسہ پہنچے جہاں نہ خود ملازمت حاصل کر لی بلکہ ان بچوں کو بھی وہیں داخل کردیا جن میں 9 سالہ مقتول محمد فیضان بھی شامل تھا، جہاں اس کی اچانک طبیعت خراب ہو گئی اسے مقامی معالج کے پاس لے جایا گیا جس نے اسے کہیں دوسری جگہ منتقل کرنے کو کہا جس پر قاری ثنااللہ اسے لے کر کسی دوسرے ہسپتال پہنچے جہاں وہ دم توڑ گیا اس کے والد کو اطلاع کی گئی میت جب بھکر پہنچی اور اس کو غسل کے دوران تشدد کے نشانات ابھر کر سامنے آ گئے جس پر نعش کو ٹی ایچ کیو ہسپتال کلرسیداں منتقل کردیا گیا جہاں اس کا پوسٹمارٹم کیا گیا جس کے ساتھ ہی کلرسیداں پولیس نے مقدمہ درج کرکے دو افراد کو تحویل میں لے لیا ہے جن سے تفتیش کی جا رہی ہے، سی پی او راولپنڈی نے خبردار کیا کہ واقعہ میں جو بھی ملوث پایا گیا اسے گرفتار کیا جائے گا ،
بچوں پر تشدد کسی صورت قابل قبول نہیں، گھناؤنے فعل میں ملوث افراد قانون کی گرفت سے نہیں بچیں گے،ادہر واقعہ پر کلرسیداں کی ہر آنکھ سوگوار دیکھی گئی یاد رہے کہ دینی مدارس کے نام پر کلرسیداں و گردونواح کے گلی محلوں میں دینی ادارے قائم ہیں جن میں زیر تعلیم کمسن بچوں کی 95 فیصد سے زائد تعداد کا تعلق دور دراز کے اضلاع و دیگر صوبوں سے ہے مدرسین بھی تقریبا غیرمقامی ہیں دینی تعلیم کے نام پر اداروں کے قیام نے منافع بخش کاروبار کی شکل اختیار کر لی ہے جس کی سرکوبی کے لیئے حکومت کو بلاتاخیر قانون سازی کرکے بچوں کو دینی تعلیم کے لیئے اپنے گھروں کے قریبی مدارس تک محدود کرنے اور رات کو ان کا قیام اپنے گھروں تک کرنا ہو گا ورنہ صورتحال قابو سے باہر ہوتی چلی جائے گی۔

Kallar Syedan (Pothwar.com — Ikram-ul-Haq Qureshi, August 28, 2026): A nine-year-old student at a religious seminary in Kallar Syedan has died in circumstances involving alleged physical violence, prompting police to launch an investigation into the incident. Rawalpindi City Police Officer (CPO) has directed officials to examine all aspects of the case and ensure that those responsible are brought to justice.

According to the details, Qari Sanaullah Chishti, who is reportedly from Bhakkar, had arrived in Kallar Syedan a few months ago with several minor children from Bhakkar and enrolled them at a religious seminary in the Nalla Muslimana area. Among the children was nine-year-old Muhammad Faizan.

Faizan reportedly fell seriously ill and was initially taken to a local medical practitioner, who advised that he be shifted elsewhere. Qari Sanaullah subsequently took the child to another hospital, where he died. His family was informed and the body was transported to Bhakkar.

According to the family, marks allegedly indicating physical violence became visible while the body was being prepared for burial. The body was subsequently taken to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, Kallar Syedan, where a post-mortem examination was conducted.

Kallar Syedan Police registered a case and detained two individuals for questioning. Police are continuing their investigation, while forensic and post-mortem findings are expected to help determine the circumstances and cause of death.

The CPO Rawalpindi directed police to investigate the incident from every possible angle and warned that anyone found involved would be arrested and dealt with according to law.

He emphasized that violence against children is completely unacceptable and that those involved in such a heinous act would not be allowed to escape legal accountability.

The incident has caused widespread grief in Kallar Syedan, with residents expressing deep concern over the death of the young student.

The case has also drawn attention to the operation of religious seminaries in Kallar Syedan and surrounding areas. According to local observations, many such institutions operate in residential neighborhoods, with a large proportion of their young students reportedly coming from distant districts and other provinces. Questions have consequently been raised about child safety, supervision and regulatory oversight at such institutions.

Local concerns have prompted calls for stronger legislation and effective monitoring of religious seminaries, particularly those accommodating children from outside the area. The emphasis, according to these concerns, should be on ensuring safe educational environments, proper supervision and effective safeguards for minors.
