BISE Rawalpindi Announces Admission Schedule for Matric 2nd Annual Exam 2026

راولپنڈی (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام — اکرام الحق قریشی، 12 اگست 2026): بورڈ آف انٹرمیڈیٹ اینڈ سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن راولپنڈی نے پنجاب بورڈ کمیٹی آف چیئرپرسنز کی جانب سے جاری کردہ نوٹیفکیشن کی روشنی میں میٹرک دوسرے سالانہ امتحان 2026 کے لیے ریگولر و پرائیویٹ امیدواران کے داخلہ فارم جمع کروانے کا شیڈول جاری کر دیا ہے۔ترجمان تعلیمی بورڈ راولپنڈی ارسلان علی چیمہ کے مطابق ریگولر و پرائیویٹ امیدواران سنگل فیس کے ساتھ داخلہ فارم 19 اگست 2026 تک، دوگنا فیس کے ساتھ 25 اگست 2026 تک اور تین گنا فیس کے ساتھ 29 اگست 2026 تک جمع کرا سکتے ہیں۔
ترجمان نے بتایا کہ تین گنا فیس کے علاوہ 200 روپے یومیہ جرمانے کے ساتھ داخلہ فارم جمع کروانے کی آخری تاریخ 15 ستمبر 2026 مقرر کی گئی ہے۔ تمام سرکاری و بورڈ سے الحاق شدہ اداروں کو ہدایت کی گئی ہے کہ آن لائن داخلہ فارم مکمل کرنے کے بعد داخلہ کٹ لسٹ، آمدن و فیس فہرست، ارسال نامہ اور جمع شدہ داخلہ فیس کے چالان یا آن لائن جمع شدہ رسید کی نقل مقررہ تاریخ تک بورڈ کو دستی یا بذریعہ رجسٹرڈ ڈاک ارسال کریں۔پرائیویٹ امیدوار آن لائن داخلہ فارم مکمل کرنے کے بعد مطلوبہ فیس ایم سی بی بینک یا آن لائن جمع کروائیں اور تصدیق شدہ داخلہ فارم کی ہارڈ کاپی بورڈ کے سہولت مرکز، بورڈ کیمپس مورگاہ، راولپنڈی میں دستی یا بذریعہ رجسٹرڈ ڈاک ارسال کریں۔ترجمان نے واضح کیا کہ تمام پرائیویٹ امیدواران اور ریگولر ادارہ جات فیس صرف متعلقہ آن لائن نظام سے جاری کردہ چالان پر ہی جمع کروائیں۔ علیحدہ دستی چالان پر جمع کروائی گئی فیس منسوخ تصور ہوگی، نہ اسے ایڈجسٹ کیا جائے گا اور نہ ہی واپس کیا جائے گا۔ترجمان نے مزید کہا کہ ریگولر و پرائیویٹ امیدواران داخلہ فارم آن لائن جمع کروانے کے لیے تعلیمی بورڈ راولپنڈی کی ویب سائٹ سے استفادہ کریں۔

RAWALPINDI, August 12, 2026: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi has announced the schedule for submission of admission forms for the Matriculation Second Annual Examination 2026 for both regular and private candidates.

According to BISE Rawalpindi spokesperson Arsalan Ali Cheema, the schedule has been issued in accordance with the notification of the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairpersons.

Under the announced schedule, regular and private candidates can submit their admission forms with single fee by August 19, 2026, with double fee by August 25, 2026, and with triple fee by August 29, 2026.

The board has also fixed September 15, 2026 as the final date for submission of admission forms with triple fee along with an additional Rs200 per day fine.

All government and board-affiliated educational institutions have been directed to complete the online admission process and submit the required documents to BISE Rawalpindi by the prescribed deadline. These documents include the admission cut list, income and fee statement, forwarding letter, and a copy of the challan showing payment of the admission fee or the receipt of online payment.

Private candidates have been instructed to complete their admission forms online and deposit the required fee through MCB Bank or through the online payment facility. After completing the process, they must send the attested hard copy of their admission form to the Facilitation Centre at the BISE Rawalpindi Campus, Morgah, either by hand or through registered post.

The board spokesperson further clarified that all private candidates and regular institutions must deposit examination fees only through the challan generated by the relevant online system.

He warned that fees deposited through a separate manual challan would be considered invalid. Such payments would neither be adjusted against the candidate’s dues nor refunded.

The spokesperson advised regular and private candidates to use the official online admission system of BISE Rawalpindi while submitting their admission forms and to carefully follow the announced deadlines and payment procedure to avoid any inconvenience.

The board has urged candidates and educational institutions to complete the admission process within the prescribed dates, particularly as submissions made after the initial deadlines will involve additional fees and penalties.
