Birmingham Mega Mela 2026 Celebrates South Asian Culture, Music and Community Spirit

میلے میں برمنگھم اور گردونواح کے مختلف علاقوں سے خاندانوں، نوجوانوں، خواتین اور بچوں سمیت لوگوں نے شرکت کی۔ میگا میلہ نے برطانیہ میں آباد جنوبی ایشیائی کمیونٹی کو اپنی ثقافت، روایات اور باہمی میل جول کو اجاگر کرنے کے لیے ایک اہم پلیٹ فارم فراہم کیا۔

میلے کے دوران مختلف اقسام کے اسٹالز قائم کیے گئے جہاں شرکاء کے لیے کھانے پینے، خریداری اور دیگر سرگرمیوں کا انتظام کیا گیا۔ جنوبی ایشیائی کھانوں اور ثقافتی اشیاء کے اسٹالز نے خصوصی توجہ حاصل کی، جبکہ مختلف کاروباری اداروں اور کمیونٹی تنظیموں نے بھی اپنے اسٹالز کے ذریعے شرکت کی۔

میلے میں اسٹال لگانے والے کاروباری افراد اور تنظیموں کے لیے بھی یہ ایک اہم موقع رہا، جہاں انہیں اپنی مصنوعات اور خدمات کو بڑی تعداد میں آنے والے شرکاء تک پہنچانے کا موقع ملا۔ منتظمین کی جانب سے اسٹالز، صحت و سلامتی اور پارک کے استعمال سے متعلق مختلف انتظامات بھی کیے گئے۔

برمنگھم میگا میلہ 2026 نے ایک بار پھر یہ پیغام دیا کہ ثقافتی تقریبات کمیونٹی کے مختلف طبقات کو قریب لانے، نئی نسل کو اپنی ثقافتی جڑوں سے جوڑنے اور برطانیہ میں جنوبی ایشیائی ورثے کو اجاگر کرنے میں اہم کردار ادا کرتی ہیں۔

The event was held on 8 and 9 August 2026 at Ward End Park, Washwood Heath, marking the 10th anniversary of the Mega Mela. The annual event has become an important platform for celebrating South Asian heritage and bringing together people from different communities across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

Large numbers of families, young people, women and children attended the event and enjoyed a wide range of cultural and entertainment activities.
