London: Thousands Celebrate Culture and Community at Bradford Mela

لندن، 04 اگست 2026 (پوٹھوارڈاٹ کام – محمد نصیر راجہ): برطانیہ کے شہر بریڈفورڈ میں یکم اور 2 اگست کو منعقد ہونے والے رنگا رنگ بریڈفورڈ میلہ میں ہزاروں افراد نے شرکت کی۔ شہر کے سب سے بڑے کثیر الثقافتی میلوں میں شمار ہونے والے اس سالانہ میلے میں یارکشائر اور دیگر علاقوں سے آنے والے خاندانوں، مقامی شہریوں اور سیاحوں نے بھرپور انداز میں حصہ لیا۔ دو روزہ میلے میں موسیقی، رقص، ثقافتی پروگراموں، لذیذ کھانوں اور تفریحی سرگرمیوں نے شرکاء کو خوب محظوظ کیا، جبکہ مختلف ثقافتوں کے امتزاج نے اتحاد، ہم آہنگی اور باہمی احترام کا خوبصورت پیغام دیا۔

میلے کے دوران صبح سے شام تک میلہ گاہ لوگوں سے کھچا کھچ بھری رہی۔ ہر عمر کے افراد نے روایتی جنوبی ایشیائی پکوانوں کے علاوہ دنیا بھر کے مختلف ذائقوں سے لطف اٹھایا۔ متعدد فوڈ اسٹالز، دستکاری کی نمائشیں، فنونِ لطیفہ کے مظاہرے، خاندانی تفریح، جھولے اور مختلف ثقافتی کمیونٹیز کے نمائشی پروگرام شرکاء کی خصوصی توجہ کا مرکز بنے رہے۔

اس موقع پر مقامی اور قومی سطح کے فنکاروں نے اپنے فن کا شاندار مظاہرہ کیا۔ روایتی لوک موسیقی، بھنگڑا، بالی ووڈ رقص، قوالی اور جدید موسیقی کی پرفارمنس نے پورے اختتام ہفتہ کے دوران حاضرین کو محظوظ کیے رکھا۔ مختلف کمیونٹی تنظیموں نے بھی اسٹیج پر اپنی صلاحیتوں کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے بریڈفورڈ کے بھرپور ثقافتی ورثے اور شہر کی کثیر الثقافتی شناخت کو اجاگر کیا۔

بچوں کے لیے خصوصی انٹرایکٹو ورکشاپس، فیس پینٹنگ، کہانی سنانے کی نشستیں اور تخلیقی سرگرمیوں کا بھی اہتمام کیا گیا، جبکہ خاندانوں نے مخصوص پکنک ایریاز میں خوشگوار ماحول میں وقت گزارا، جس سے پورے میلے میں خوشی اور اپنائیت کی فضا قائم رہی۔

Families, residents, and visitors from across Yorkshire and beyond came together to enjoy two days of music, dance, food, entertainment, and cultural performances in a colourful celebration of diversity and community spirit.

The festival grounds were packed from morning until evening as people of all ages explored dozens of food stalls serving traditional South Asian cuisine alongside international dishes.
