Gujar Khan: Maj Gen Umar Maqbool Pays Tribute to Nishan-e-Haider Recipient Sawar Muhammad Hussain Shaheed

گوجر خان (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام، 7 ستمبر 2026): نشانِ حیدر کے عظیم اعزاز کے حامل سوار محمد حسین شہید کی یادگار پر ایک نہایت پروقار اور باوقار تقریب کا انعقاد کیا گیا، جس میں میجر جنرل عمر مقبول نے بطور مہمانِ خصوصی شرکت کی۔ تقریب کا مقصد وطن عزیز کے اس عظیم سپوت کی بے مثال بہادری، شجاعت، فرض شناسی اور ملکی دفاع کے لیے دی گئی لازوال قربانی کو خراجِ عقیدت پیش کرنا تھا۔

میجر جنرل عمر مقبول نے سوار محمد حسین شہید کے مزار پر حاضری دی اور ان کی قبر پر پھولوں کی چادر چڑھائی۔ انہوں نے شہید کو سلامی بھی پیش کی اور ان کی عظیم قربانی کو بھرپور خراجِ عقیدت پیش کیا۔ اس موقع پر ماحول انتہائی سنجیدہ اور عقیدت و احترام سے معمور تھا۔

تقریب کے دوران سوار محمد حسین شہید کی غیر معمولی جرات اور وطن سے محبت کو خصوصی طور پر اجاگر کیا گیا۔ شرکاء نے شہید کی بہادری کو پاکستان کی مسلح افواج کے ان جانباز سپوتوں کے لیے ایک روشن مثال قرار دیا جو ملکی دفاع اور سلامتی کے لیے اپنی جانوں کا نذرانہ پیش کرتے رہے ہیں۔

سوار محمد حسین شہید پاکستان کے ان عظیم قومی ہیروز میں شمار ہوتے ہیں جنہوں نے دشمن کے خلاف غیر معمولی جرات اور عزم کا مظاہرہ کرتے ہوئے اپنی جان وطن پر قربان کی۔ ان کی بے مثال بہادری اور فرض سے غیر متزلزل وابستگی کے اعتراف میں انہیں پاکستان کے اعلیٰ ترین عسکری اعزاز نشانِ حیدر سے نوازا گیا۔

تقریب میں وطن عزیز کے دفاع، سلامتی اور خودمختاری کے لیے جانوں کا نذرانہ پیش کرنے والے تمام شہداء کو بھی خراجِ عقیدت پیش کیا گیا۔ شرکاء نے اس عزم کا اظہار کیا کہ قوم اپنے شہداء کی لازوال قربانیوں کو کبھی فراموش نہیں کرے گی اور ان کی بہادری و حب الوطنی کو آنے والی نسلوں تک منتقل کیا جاتا رہے گا۔

اس موقع پر شہداء کے درجات کی بلندی اور مغفرت کے لیے خصوصی دعائیں بھی کی گئیں۔ ملک کی سلامتی، استحکام، امن اور خوشحالی کے لیے بھی دعا کی گئی۔

تقریب کا اختتام اس عزم کی تجدید کے ساتھ ہوا کہ پاکستان کے قومی ہیروز اور شہداء کی قربانیوں کو ہمیشہ یاد رکھا جائے گا اور ان کے روشن کردار کو قومی زندگی میں مشعلِ راہ بنایا جائے گا۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com, September 07, 2026):  A solemn and dignified ceremony was held at the memorial of Sawar Muhammad Hussain Shaheed, recipient of the prestigious Nishan-e-Haider, to commemorate his outstanding bravery, sacrifice and service to the nation.

Major General Umar Maqbool attended the ceremony as the chief guest and paid rich tribute to the celebrated war hero for his supreme sacrifice in defence of the country.

During the ceremony, Major General Umar Maqbool visited the mausoleum of Sowar Muhammad Hussain Shaheed and laid a floral wreath at the grave. He also offered a salute in honour of the martyr, paying homage to his exceptional courage and devotion to duty.

The ceremony was marked by an atmosphere of solemnity and respect as participants remembered the sacrifices made by the nation’s armed forces in defence of Pakistan. The services and unparalleled courage of Sawar Muhammad Hussain Shaheed were particularly highlighted as an enduring example of patriotism and dedication to the motherland.

Sawar Muhammad Hussain Shaheed is remembered as one of Pakistan’s most distinguished military heroes. His courage and determination in the face of grave danger earned him the country’s highest military award, the Nishan-e-Haider.

The ceremony also served as a reminder of the sacrifices rendered by Pakistan’s armed forces and their personnel in the line of duty. Participants reaffirmed their respect for the martyrs who laid down their lives for the defence, security and sovereignty of the country.

Special prayers were also offered for the martyrs and for the security, stability, peace and prosperity of Pakistan. The gathering concluded with renewed resolve to remember and honour the sacrifices of the country’s national heroes and to preserve their legacy for future generations.
