Bradford: Ex-Councillor Kirklees Mohammed Sarwar charged with perverting course of justice

London: (Pothwar.com, Mohammad Naseer Raja, 07, September 2023) —A FORMER ward councillor has been charged with conspiring to pervert the course of justice in Bradford.

Mohammed Sarwar, of Stile Common Road in Primrose Hill, Huddersfield, appeared in Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court yesterday.

It is alleged he conspired together with Naeem Sarwar to commit a series of acts on June 20, of last year.

These acts were to provide false details and documentation to police regarding a speeding offence.

The 63-year-old appeared alongside Naeem Sarwar, 21, in court on Monday, September 4.
