Rawalpindi: Cement Retail Prices Rise Slightly

راولپنڈی (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام- اکرام الحق قریشی –25 ستمبر 2026ء)– ملک میں سیمنٹ کی ریٹیل قیمتوں میں گزشتہ ہفتے کے دوران معمولی اضافہ ریکارڈ کیا گیا۔پاکستان بیورو برائے شماریات کے مطابق 17 ستمبر کو ختم ہونے والے ہفتے کے دوران ملک کے شمالی علاقوں اور شہروں میں سیمنٹ کی فی بوری اوسط ریٹیل قیمت 1553 روپے ریکارڈ کی گئی جو پیوستہ ہفتے کے 1547 روپے کے مقابلے میں 0.42 فیصد زیادہ ہے، مذکورہ ہفتے ملک کے جنوبی علاقوں اور شہروں میں سیمنٹ کی فی بوری اوسط ریٹیل قیمت 1547 روپے ریکارڈ کی گئی جو پیوستہ ہفتے کے دوران بھی 1547 روپے تھی۔
شہروں کے لحاظ سے اسلام آباد میں سیمنٹ کی فی بوری اوسط ریٹیل قیمت 1508 روپے، راولپنڈی میں 1498 روپے، ریکارڈ کی گئی۔

Rawalpindi, September 25, 2026 (Pothwar.com — Ikram-ul-Haq Qureshi): Retail prices of cement recorded a slight increase in the northern areas and cities of the country during the week ended September 17, according to data released by the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).

The average retail price of a 50-kilogram bag of cement in the northern areas stood at Rs1,553 during the week under review, compared with Rs1,547 in the preceding week, showing an increase of 0.42 percent.

In the southern areas and cities, however, the average retail price remained unchanged at Rs1,547 per bag, the same level recorded during the previous week.

City-wise, the average retail price of a cement bag was recorded at Rs1,508 in Islamabad and Rs1,498 in Rawalpindi, according to the available PBS data.

The latest figures indicate that cement prices remained largely stable across the country, with only a marginal increase recorded in the northern region during the week under review.
