London; Shaida Akbar (Labour party) of Kallar Syedan wins as Independent candidates win majority at Slough parish council election

London; The Independent candidates won By-elections of Wexham Court Parish Council, Slough. There were 14 candidates running for a total of seven seats in the Wexham Court Parish Council elections. There was competition between the Independent and the Labour Party. Five councilors of the independent panel were elected while only two councilors of the Labour panel could be elected. The result of the successful candidates and those who remained in the election was as follows. Which was announced by the Presiding Officer after the counting of votes.
