پاکستان آؤٹ ڈور ایڈورٹائزنگ ایسوسی ایشن راولپنڈی اسلام آباد راولپنڈی کے عہدیدارروں نے چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان سے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ بل بورڈز سے وابستہ لاکھوں افراد کو بے روزگار ہونے سے بچایا جائے۔ سپریم کورٹ کے پورے پاکستان سے بل بورڈز ہٹانے اور اتارنے کا فیصلہ آنے کے بعد اس شعبہ سے منسلک لاکھوں افراد کے بے روزگار ہونے سے ہزاروں خاندانوں کے چولہے ٹھنڈے ہو جائیں گے۔ ان ہزاروں گھرانوں کو فاقہ کشی سے بچانے کیلئے فیصلے پر نظر ثانی کی جائے۔ ان خیالات کا اظہار ایسوسی ایشن کے عہدیداروں بلال مغل، حسیب گیلانی، چوہدری یاسین، ساجد بٹ ،فہد ابراہیم، خالد احمد منیب گیلانی،چوہدری عاطف اور دیگر نے راولپنڈی پریس کلب کے باہر خطاب کرتے ہوئے کیا۔ مقررین نے کہا کہ لاکھوں لوگوں کو بے روز گار ہونے سے بچانے کیلئے ایڈور ٹائزنگ انڈسٹری کیلئے قانون سازی کی جانی چاہئے۔ انہوں نے چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان سے اپیل کی کہ ہزاروں گھرانوں کے چولھے ٹھنڈے ہونے سے بچانے کی خاطر فیصلے پر نظر ثانی کریں اور با قاعدہ پالیسی بنا کر اس کاروبار کو لیگل فریم ورک میں ریگولرائز کیا جائے ۔

Rawalpindi; The Bill boards association has asked Chief justice reconsider ban on billboards which will leave millions of workers out of job.

The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Thursday clamped a complete ban on the grant of permission by any authority to install billboard or hoarding on any portion of public place or property in Karachi, ordering the authorities concerned for the umpteenth time to remove all licensed and unlicensed hoarding and signboards from the public properties.

A three-judge bench headed by Justice Mian Saqib Nisar ordered the authorities concerned to uproot within 15 days all hoardings and signboards installed on the public properties in the metropolis which do not conform to the prescribed guidelines.

The bench that also comprised Justice Amir Hani Muslim and Khilji Arif Hussain further directed the authorities concerned to remove all licensed billboards and hoardings from public properties from their respective jurisdiction by June 30.

The bench ordered that in the intervening period, no permission shall be granted by any of the authority in Karachi to install the billboard/hoarding on any portion of public place/property.
