Kahuta: “Despite Court Orders, National Reservists Unable to Resume Duty in Kahuta and Other Districts of Rawalpindi”

عدالتی احکامات کے باجود کہوٹہ اور ضلع راولپنڈی کے دیگر علاقوں میں قومی رضا کاروں کی ڈیوٹی بحال نہ ہو سکی،مہنگائی کے دور میں شدید مشکلات سے دوچار، چولہے ٹھنڈے پڑھ گے،گھروں میں فاقوں نے ڈیرے ڈال لیے،اعلی حکام سے از خو د نوٹس لینے کی اپیل، تفصیل کے مطابق کہوٹہ کے قومی رضا کاروں ساجد محمود،نصیر اللہ،قمر الدین، محمد حنیف اور دیگر نے اپنے بیان میں کہا کہ 4سال ہونے کو ہیں قومی رضاکارو ں کی ڈیوٹیاں بند ہیں ہم نے اس سلسلے میں کورٹ کا دروازہ کھٹکٹایا ہم سب نے مل کر رٹ دائر کی جس پر عدالت نے احکامات جاری کیے کہ رضاکاروں کی ڈیوٹی بحال کی جائے مگر اس پر عمل درآمد نہ ہوا جس پر ہم نے دوبارہ کورٹ رابطہ کیا کورٹ نے پھر احکامات جاری کیے پنجاب کے دیگر ضلعوں میں قومی رضاکاروں کی ڈیوٹیاں بحال ہو چکیں ہیں مگر تاحال ضلع راولپنڈی کے قومی رضا کاروں ڈیوٹیاں بحال نہ ہوسکیں ہم وزیر اعلیٰ، سیکرٹری پنجاب، آئی جی پنجاب اور ڈی سی راولپنڈی سے اپیل کرتے ہیں کہ خدا راہ ہمیں ڈیوٹی پر بحال کیا جائے تاکہ ہم بھی دو وقت کی روٹی باآسانی کھاسکیں۔

Mator (Pothwar.com Kabir Ahmed Janjua, 15 May 2023) Kahuta and other areas of Rawalpindi district continue to face difficulties as national sanitation workers are still unable to resume duty despite court orders.

In the midst of rising inflation, the workers are struggling to make ends meet, with stoves going cold and food shortages in their homes. They have appealed to higher authorities to take note of their situation.

According to details, national sanitation workers in Kahuta, including Sajid Mahmood, Nasirullah, Qamaruddin, Muhammad Hanif and others, said in their statement that it has been four years since their duties were suspended. “We knocked on the doors of the court in this regard. We all protested together, which resulted in the court issuing orders to reinstate the duties of sanitation workers, but the orders have not been implemented,” they added.

While the duties of national sanitation workers have been reinstated in other districts of Punjab, they have not yet resumed in Rawalpindi district. The workers are appealing to the Chief Minister, Punjab Secretary, IG Punjab, and DC Rawalpindi to take notice of their situation and ensure that their duties are reinstated so they can earn a livelihood and provide for their families.
