Kahuta; The last meeting of MC Kahuta members erupted, Accusing government robbing the people of their basic rights by dismantling the local bodies

کہوٹہ: (نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم ,عمران ضمیر,01جنوری2022)— ایم سی کہوٹہ کا آخری ا جلاس ممبران پھٹ پڑے موجودہ حکومت نے بلدیاتی اداروں کو توڑ کر عوام کے بنیادی حقوق پر ڈاکہ ڈالا۔ اجلا س میں قرار داد بھی پیش کی گئی جس کی تمام ممبران نے متفقہ طورپر منظور دی۔قرار داد میں کہا گیاکہ تقریبا2کروڑ کے منصوبے جو ہاؤس نے دیے جنکے ٹینڈر 6جنوری کو ہونگے اگر ہمارے جانے کے بعد سیاسی نمائندوں یا پی ٹی آئی کی مقامی قیادت نے کینسل کیے یا اپنی مرضی سے ان سکیموں کو تبدیل کیا تو شہریوں کے ساتھ مل کربھر پور احتجاج کریں گے۔ اجلاس میں PTI ممبران نے بائیکاٹ کیا۔اجلاس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے قاضی عبدالقیوم، عبدالحمید قریشی ایڈووکیٹ، ملک عبدالراؤف، راجہ سعید احمد ایڈووکیٹ، ملک غلام مرتضیٰ نے کہا کہ ہمیں کام نہیں کرنے دیا گیا آج بھی کہوٹہ کے شہری بنیادی سہولیات سے محروم ہیں۔ کہوٹہ شہر کے مسائل نہ منتخب نمائندوں نے حل کیے اور نہ مقامی قیادت نے بائی پاس کا کام جو ہم نے شروع کیا تھا وہ بھی مکمل نہ ہو سکا۔ انھوں نے کہا کہ ایم سی کے ملازمین کچھ ریٹائرڈ ہو گے کچھ وفات پا گے انکی جگہ نئی بھرتیاں کی جائیں۔ اجلاس میں راجہ محمد انور مرحوم، راجہ واحد مرحوم کی اس علاقے کے لیے خدمات کو خراج عقیدت پیش کیا گیا۔ اجلاس میں جبکہ آخر میں چیئرمین راجہ ظہور اکبر اور وائس چیئرمین ملک غلام مرتضیٰ نے تمام احباب کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔

Kahuta: ( Pothwar.com, Imran Zamir, 01 January 2022) – The last meeting of MC Kahuta members erupted. The present government broke up the local bodies and robbed the people of their basic rights.

A resolution was also tabled in the meeting which was unanimously approved by all the members. If they cancel or change these schemes voluntarily, they will protest together with the citizens.

PTI members boycotted the meeting. Addressing the meeting, Qazi Abdul Qayyum, Abdul Hameed Qureshi Advocate, Malik Abdul Rauf, Raja Saeed Ahmed Advocate, Malik Ghulam Murtaza said that we were not allowed to work and even today the citizens of Kahuta are deprived of basic facilities.

The problems of Kahuta city were not solved by the elected representatives and the local leadership could not complete the bypass work which we had started. He said that some of the employees of MC will retire and some who died  new recruitments will be made in their place.

The meeting paid homage to the services of late Raja Muhammad Anwar, late Raja Wahid for this area. At the end of the meeting, Chairman Raja Zahoor Akbar and Vice Chairman Malik Ghulam Murtaza thanked all the friends.
