راولپنڈی (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام — اکرام الحق قریشی | 23 جولائی 2026): راولپنڈی کے تھانہ نیو ٹائون کے علاقے سید پور روڈ پنڈوڑا بازار کے قریب غیر ملکی خاتون نے ٹیکسی ڈرائیور سے مبینہ بدسلوکی کے واقعے کی ویڈیو سامنے آگئی۔غیر ملکی خاتون ٹیکسی ڈرائیور کو کرایے کے تنازعے پر بدسلوکی کا نشانہ بنایا، خاتون ٹیکسی ڈرائیور کو مختلف علاقوں کے چکر لگواتی رہی، جب کرایہ مانگا گیا تو مبینہ نازیبا الفاظ کرکے دھمکیاں دینا شروع کر دی،خاتون نے ٹیکسی ڈرائیور کو گاڑی سے اتار کر سڑک پر تشدد کا نشانہ بنایا شروع کردیا، واقعہ ویڈیو بھی سامنے آگئی۔
ویڈیو میں خاتون کو ٹیکسی ڈرائیور کو زمین پر گری حالت میں تشدد و بدسلوکی کرتے دیکھا جاسکتا ہے، ویڈیو میں دیکھا جاسکتا ہے راہ گیر و مقامی افراد جمع ہوتے ہیں اور معاملہ ختم کرانے کوشش کرتے ہیں۔
ویڈیو میں سنا جاسکتا ہے یہ کرایہ نہیں دے رہیں جس کے جواب میں راہ گیروں کو کہتے سنا جاسکتا ہے کرایہ ہم دے دیتے ہیںپولیس نے کہا کہ کسی قسم کا واقعہ براہ رپورٹ نہیں ہوا ویڈیو دو تین دن پرانی معلوم ہوتی ہے جو وائرل ہونے پر پتہ چلا، راہ گیروں نے بیچ بچا کرایا تو غیر ملکی خاتون اپنی دوسری گاڑی منگوا کر وہان سے چلی گی۔پولیس کے مطابق پولیس کو کسی جانب سے واقعہ کے متعلق رپورٹ نہیں کرائی گی۔
Rawalpindi, July 23, 2026 (Pothwar.com – Ikram-ul-Haq Qureshi): A video has surfaced on social media allegedly showing a foreign woman assaulting and verbally abusing a taxi driver near Pindora Bazaar on Syedpur Road in the jurisdiction of New Town Police Station, Rawalpindi.
According to reports, the dispute began over a taxi fare after the woman allegedly asked the driver to travel through multiple areas. When the driver requested payment, she allegedly responded with abusive language and threats.
The viral video appears to show the woman forcing the taxi driver out of the vehicle and allegedly assaulting him while he is on the ground. Bystanders can be seen gathering at the scene in an attempt to intervene and defuse the situation.
In the video, the driver can be heard saying that the passenger had refused to pay the fare. Some passersby are also heard offering to pay the fare themselves in an effort to resolve the dispute.
Police said that no formal complaint regarding the incident has been received. According to officials, the video appears to be two to three days old and only came to their attention after it went viral on social media.
Police further stated that local residents intervened during the incident, after which the foreign woman reportedly called another vehicle and left the area. Authorities added that no party has so far approached the police to register a case, and no official report has been filed.
