Rawat: Ministry of Finance Withdraws Restrictions on Re-Employment of Retired Officers

روات (نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم — اکرام الحق قریشی | 23، دسمبر، 2025ء) –نئے نوٹیفکیشن میں وزارت خزانہ کی جانب سے دوبارہ ملازمت سے متعلق احکامات واپس لینے کا اعلان کیا گیا ہے۔نوٹیفکیشن میں کہا گیا ہے کہ پینشن کیسز میں 22 اپریل اور 19 جون کے آفس میمورنڈمز فوری طور پر ختم کر دیے گئے ہیں۔ریٹائرمنٹ کے بعد دوبارہ ملازمت پر پینشن اور تنخواہ دونوں لینے کی اجازت بحال کر دی گئی ہے۔ریٹائرڈ افسران کو دوبارہ ملازمت پر مکمل مالی مراعات دینے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے۔

Rawat (Pothwar.com Correspondent — Ikram Haq Qureshi | December 23, 2025)  The Ministry of Finance has officially withdrawn previous restrictions related to the re-employment of retired government officers, according to a new notification issued on Tuesday. The notification announces the immediate cancellation of earlier directives that had limited financial benefits for pensioners rehired after retirement.

As per the notification, the Office Memorandums dated April 22 and June 19, which had imposed restrictions on pension cases, have been abolished with immediate effect. These memorandums had affected the entitlement of retired officers who were re-employed in government service.

The Ministry has now restored the permission for retired officers to receive both pension and salary simultaneously upon re-employment. This decision marks a significant policy reversal and provides relief to retired personnel serving again in government positions.

Furthermore, the notification confirms that retired officers re-employed after retirement will now be entitled to full financial benefits. This includes complete pension payments along with their salaries and other admissible allowances during the period of re-employment.

Officials say the decision aims to address administrative needs by retaining experienced professionals while ensuring financial security and fair compensation for retired officers. The move is expected to benefit a large number of pensioners currently serving or awaiting re-employment in various government departments.

روات (نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم — اکرام الحق قریشی | 23، دسمبر، 2025ء) –21 سالہ نوجوان موٹرسائیکل سوار نبیل وحید روات چک بیلی موڑکے قریب حادثے میں نوجوان نبیل وحید ولد عبد الوحید سکنہ پلندری ضلع سدھنوتی ازادکشمیر روات کے قریب چک بیلی موڑ پر ٹریفک حادثے میں جاں بحق ہو گیا اس کا موٹر سائیکل مخالف سمت آنے والی گاڑی سے ٹکرا گیا جس سے یہ شدید زخمی ہوا اور پھر زخموں کی تاب نہ لاتے ہوئے جاں بحق ہو گیا۔
