مجرمان نے معمولی تلخ کلامی پر فائرنگ کرکے ایک شہری کو قتل جبکہ دوسرے کو زخمی کر دیا تھا،مجرم نبیل احمد کو قتل کے جرم میں سزائے موت ،5 لاکھ روپے ہرجانہ،اقدام قتل کے جرم میں 10سال قید اور 5 لاکھ روپے جرمانے کی سزا سنائی گئی،مجرم یامین احمد کو قتل کے جرم میں عمر قید،اقدام قتل کے جرم میں 10 سال قید اور 5 لاکھ روپے جرمانہ،ضرر کے جرم میں 3 سال قید اور 2 لاکھ روپے ضمان کی سزا سنائی گئی واقعہ کا مقدمہ ستمبر 2022 تھانہ روات میں درج کیا گیا تھا۔

Due to the effective investigation and policing by the Rawat Police, the court has awarded strict punishments in a case involving murder, attempted murder, and causing injuries. The convicted individuals received a combined sentence that includes the death penalty, life imprisonment, 23 years of additional imprisonment, Rs. 1 million in fines, Rs. 500,000 as compensation, and Rs. 200,000 as surety penalty.

According to case details, the convicts had opened fire during a minor altercation, killing one citizen and injuring another.

Convict Nabeel Ahmed was awarded:

• Death sentence for murder

• Rs. 500,000 compensation

• 10 years imprisonment and Rs. 500,000 fine for attempted murder

Convict Yameen Ahmed was awarded:

• Life imprisonment for murder

• 10 years imprisonment and Rs. 500,000 fine for attempted murder

• 3 years imprisonment and Rs. 200,000 surety penalty for causing injury

The case was originally registered at Rawat Police Station in September 2022.
