Rawat: Inter-City Green Bus Service Launched in Rawalpindi; Gujar Khan–Rawat Route to Begin Later

راولپنڈی میں انٹر سٹی گرین بس سروس کا باقاعدہ افتتاح کر دیا گیا ہے، جو شہریوں کے لیے سستی، معیاری اور قابلِ اعتماد عوامی ٹرانسپورٹ کی فراہمی کی جانب ایک اہم قدم قرار دیا جا رہا ہے۔ سرکاری حکام کے مطابق گوجرخان–روات گرین بس روٹ کا افتتاح بعد میں کسی مناسب وقت پر کیا جائے گا۔

گرین بس سروس کے آغاز سے راولپنڈی کے شہریوں کو جدید، آرام دہ اور کم لاگت سفری سہولت میسر آئے گی۔ یہ منصوبہ خاص طور پر طلباء، دفتری ملازمین اور روزمرہ سفر کرنے والے شہریوں کے لیے انتہائی کارآمد ثابت ہوگا، جو روزانہ سفری مشکلات اور مہنگے کرایوں کا سامنا کرتے ہیں۔

ابتدائی طور پر گرین بس کا کرایہ 25 روپے مقرر کیا گیا ہے، جو موجودہ مہنگائی کے تناظر میں ایک نہایت موزوں اور عوام دوست فیصلہ ہے۔ حکام کا کہنا ہے کہ کم کرایے سے شہریوں پر بوجھ کم ہوگا اور ان کا سفر مزید آسان اور سہل ہو جائے گا۔

شہریوں نے اس جدید ٹرانسپورٹ منصوبے کا خیرمقدم کرتے ہوئے امید ظاہر کی ہے کہ اس سے نہ صرف سفری سہولتوں میں بہتری آئے گی بلکہ ٹریفک کے دباؤ میں کمی اور ماحول کی بہتری میں بھی مدد ملے گی۔

According to officials, the Green Bus Service for the Gujar Khan–Rawat route will be launched at a later date.

Initially, the fare for the Green Buses has been set at Rs. 25, which is considered highly reasonable given the current inflation and rising cost of transportation.
