Gujar Khan: Kidney Centre work to Begin Soon, Says Former PM Raja Pervaiz Ashraf

گوجرخان (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم| 19 نومبر 2025) —پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی کے مرکزی رہنما اور سابق وزیراعظم راجہ پرویز اشرف نے کہا ہے کہ گوجر خان میں تعمیر ہونے والا کڈنی سینٹر ایک جدید اور اسٹیٹ آف دی آرٹ منصوبہ ہے، جو بلاول بھٹو زرداری نے گوجر خان کے عوام کے لیے بطور تحفہ دیا ہے۔ انہوں نے بتایا کہ منصوبے کے لیے زمین حاصل کی جاچکی ہے اور بہت جلد اس پر باضابطہ کام شروع کردیا جائے گا۔

راجہ پرویز اشرف نے یہ گفتگو جنگ سے ممتاز بزنس مین شوکت محمود قاضی کے پوتے حسیب قاضی کی دعوتِ ولیمہ کے موقع پر کی۔ اس موقع پر خرم پرویز راجہ بھی ان کے ہمراہ تھے۔

سابق وزیراعظم نے مزید کہا کہ کڈنی سینٹر بلاول بھٹو زرداری نے خصوصی طور پر ان کی درخواست پر گوجر خان کے لیے منظور کیا ہے، تاکہ یہاں کے عوام کو گردوں کے علاج کی جدید سہولت اپنے ہی شہر میں دستیاب ہو سکے۔ انہوں نے امید ظاہر کی کہ یہ مرکز علاقہ بھر کے مریضوں کے لیے معیاری تشخیص اور علاج کی سہولیات فراہم کرے گا اور انہیں بڑے شہروں کے چکر لگانے سے نجات ملے گی۔

راجہ پرویز اشرف نے صحت کے شعبے میں بہتری کے لیے اپنے عزم کا اعادہ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ پیپلز پارٹی کی قیادت گوجر خان کے عوام سے کیے گئے وعدے پورے کرنے کے لیے پُرعزم ہے۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com | November 19, 2025) — Former Prime Minister of Pakistan and senior Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Raja Pervaiz Ashraf has announced that the proposed Kidney Centre in Gujar Khan is an advanced, state-of-the-art project gifted to the people of the region by PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. He confirmed that land for the facility has already been acquired, and construction work will commence very soon.

Raja Pervaiz Ashraf shared these views while speaking during the wedding reception (walima) of Haseeb Qazi, grandson of prominent businessman Shaukat Mahmood Qazi. Khurram Pervaiz Raja was also present on the occasion.

Highlighting the importance of the upcoming medical facility, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf said that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari approved the Kidney Centre specifically on his request to address the healthcare needs of Gujar Khan and its adjoining areas. He expressed confidence that once completed, the centre would provide modern diagnostic and treatment services to thousands of patients, reducing the need for travel to major cities for kidney-related care.

The former prime minister reiterated his commitment to improving public health services in the region, adding that the PPP leadership is fully dedicated to fulfilling the promises made to the people of Gujar Khan.
