Rawat: Punjab Establishes Special Courts for Overseas Pakistanis’ Property Cases

روات(پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم — اکرام الحق قریشی | 15، نومبر، 2025ء) —گورنر پنجاب نے چیف جسٹس لاہور ہائی کورٹ کی مشاورت سے پنجاب اسپیشل کورٹس (اوورسیز پاکستانی پراپرٹی) ایکٹ 2025ء کے تحت صوبے بھر میں خصوصی عدالتوں کے قیام کی منظوری دے دی ہے اور تمام اضلاع میں ججز تعینات کر دیے گئے ہیں۔
یہ عدالتیں اوورسیز پاکستانیوں کی جائیدادوں سے متعلق تنازعات، غیر قانونی قبضوں اور حقوق کے تحفظ کے لیے قائم کی گئی ہیں تاکہ انہیں تیز رفتار اور شفاف انصاف فراہم کیا جا سکے۔
ایس اینڈ جی اے ڈی کے مطابق ڈسٹرکٹ اور ایڈیشنل ڈسٹرکٹ اینڈ سیشن ججز کو خصوصی عدالتوں کے جج مقرر کیا گیا ہے۔
کمشنر اوورسیز پاکستانیز کمیشن پنجاب کے مطابق اس اقدام سے مقدمات کے فیصلوں میں تیزی آئے گی، قبضہ مافیا کے خلاف کارروائی مؤثر ہوگی اور غیر ملکی سرمایہ کاری کے فروغ کے نئے مواقع پیدا ہوں گے۔

Rawat (Pothwar.com — Ikram-ul-Haq Qureshi | November 15, 2025) — The Governor of Punjab, in consultation with the Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court, has approved the establishment of Punjab Special Courts (Overseas Pakistani Property) under the 2025 Act. Judges have been appointed across all districts of the province.
These courts will exclusively hear cases related to overseas Pakistanis’ property disputes, illegal occupations, and protection of property rights. The initiative aims to ensure fast, transparent, and effective justice for overseas Pakistanis.
According to an S&GAD notification, district and additional district & sessions judges have been designated to serve in these special courts.
The Commissioner of the Overseas Pakistanis Commission Punjab, said the courts will expedite case decisions, curb land-grabbers, and promote foreign investment by strengthening legal protections.
