Gujar Khan: CM Punjab Takes Notice of Woman’s Alleged Murder in Gujar Khan — Three Suspects Arrested

گوجرخان (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم | 09، نومبر، 2025ء) —تھانہ گوجرخان کی حدود میں خاتون کے جاں بحق ہونے کے افسوسناک واقعہ پر وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب مریم نواز نے فوری نوٹس لے لیا۔ پولیس نے بروقت کارروائی کرتے ہوئے مقدمہ میں نامزد تینوں ملزمان کو گرفتار کر لیا۔

سی پی او راولپنڈی سید خالد ہمدانی نے ایس پی صدر نبیل کھوکھر سے واقعہ کی تفصیلی رپورٹ طلب کر لی۔ خاتون کی وفات کے حوالے سے شوہر کے بیان پر قتل اور زیادتی کی دفعات کے تحت مقدمہ درج کیا گیا ہے۔ گرفتار ملزمان کو جمعہ کے روز عدالت میں پیش کر کے ان کا جسمانی ریمانڈ حاصل کیا جائے گا تاکہ مزید تفتیش کی جا سکے۔

مدعی مقدمہ نے درخواست میں موقف اختیار کیا کہ ملزمان نے اس کی اہلیہ سے دھوکہ دہی سے زیور لیا، بلیک میل کیا اور زیادتی کا نشانہ بنایا۔ بعد ازاں اسے زہر دے کر قتل کر دیا گیا۔

جاں بحق خاتون کا پوسٹ مارٹم ٹی ایچ کیو اسپتال گوجرخان میں گزشتہ شب مکمل کیا گیا، جب کہ حتمی رپورٹ لاہور فرانزک لیب سے موصول ہوگی۔

سی پی او راولپنڈی نے کہا کہ مقدمہ کی تفتیش ایس ایس پی انویسٹیگیشن کی زیر نگرانی میرٹ پر کی جا رہی ہے۔ میرٹ پر تفتیش کرتے ہوئے تمام حقائق سامنے لائے جائیں گے اور ٹھوس شواہد کے ساتھ ملزمان کو عدالت میں چالان کر کے قرار واقعی سزا دلوائی جائے گی۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com | November 09, 2025) —Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has taken notice of the tragic death of a woman in the jurisdiction of Gujar Khan Police Station. Acting promptly, the police arrested all three suspects named in the case.

CPO Rawalpindi, Syed Khalid Hamdani, sought a detailed report from SP Saddar, Nabeel Khokhar. According to police sources, the case was registered under murder and sexual assault charges based on the victim’s husband’s statement. The three accused have been taken into custody and will be presented before the court on Friday for remand to begin further investigation.

In his complaint, the plaintiff alleged that the accused deceived his wife, took her jewelry, blackmailed her, and later assaulted her. He claimed that the suspects poisoned his wife, leading to her death.

The deceased woman’s post-mortem was conducted at THQ Hospital Gujar Khan last night, and the final forensic report will be compiled and submitted by the Lahore Forensic Lab.

CPO Rawalpindi stated that the investigation is being supervised by the SSP Investigation and will be conducted strictly on merit. He assured that all facts will be brought to light and that the suspects will be prosecuted with solid evidence to ensure they receive due punishment under the law.
