Gujar Khan Court Acquits Attempted Murder Suspects After Settlement Between Parti

گوجرخان (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام, | 23 اکتوبر 2025) – مقامی عدالت نے اقدامِ قتل کے مقدمہ نمبر 324/34 میں نامزد ملزمان کو فریقین کے مابین صلح ہونے کے بعد باعزت بری کر دیا۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق راجہ اسرار حیدر، راجہ کالا اور راجہ زوار آف باولیال کے بھتیجے راجہ محمد قاسم آف باولیال پر اقدامِ قتل کا مقدمہ درج تھا۔ عدالت میں سماعت کے دوران دونوں فریقین کے درمیان باقاعدہ صلح نامہ طے پا گیا، جس کے بعد عدالت نے تمام ملزمان کو بری کر دیا۔

ذرائع کے مطابق یہ صلح سب انسپکٹر چوہدری مظہر سجاد کی خصوصی کاوشوں اور کردار کے نتیجے میں ممکن ہوئی، جنہوں نے دونوں جانب کے افراد کے درمیان مذاکرات کروا کر معاملہ خوش اسلوبی سے طے کرایا۔

مقدمے کی پیروی ملک محمد حسین ایڈووکیٹ ہائیکورٹ اور راجہ زوار فیصل ایڈووکیٹ ہائیکورٹ نے کی۔ عدالت نے فریقین کی باہمی رضامندی اور صلح کو مدِنظر رکھتے ہوئے ملزمان کو مقدمے سے بری کرنے کا فیصلہ سنایا۔

علاقے میں اس فیصلے کا خیرمقدم کیا گیا ہے اور شہریوں نے صلح کو ایک مثبت قدم قرار دیا ہے جس سے علاقے میں امن و رواداری کے فروغ میں مدد ملے گی۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com | October 23, 2025) — A local court in Gujar Khan has acquitted the accused in an attempted murder case (FIR No. 324/34) following a formal reconciliation between both parties.

According to details, Raja Israr Haider, Raja Kala, and Raja Zawar of Bowalial’s nephew, Raja Muhammad Qasim of Bowalial, were booked under attempted murder charges. During the court proceedings, both parties reached a mutual settlement, after which the court ordered the acquittal of all the accused.

Sources revealed that the reconciliation was made possible through the special efforts and mediation of Sub-Inspector Chaudhry Mazhar Sajjad, who played a key role in facilitating dialogue and resolving the dispute amicably.

The case was pursued by Advocate Malik Muhammad Hussain (High Court) and Advocate Raja Zawar Faisal (High Court). Considering the mutual consent and reconciliation between the parties, the court announced the acquittal of all the accused of the charges.

The decision has been widely welcomed by local residents, who hailed the reconciliation as a positive step toward promoting peace and harmony in the region.
