Gujar Khan SHO and Officials Suspended Over Mishandling of Child Abuse Cases

گوجر خان (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام، 03 اکتوبر، 2025) — ایک اہم پیش رفت میں، سٹی پولیس آفیسر (سی پی او) راولپنڈی نے تھانہ گوجر خان کے متعدد پولیس اہلکاروں کو چکڑالی بدہال کے علاقے میں بچوں سے جنسی زیادتی اور بلیک میلنگ کے واقعات میں غفلت، مقدمات کے اندراج میں تاخیر اور ناقص تفتیش کے الزامات کے بعد معطل کر دیا ہے۔
پولیس ذرائع کے مطابق پریشان کن واقعات رپورٹ ہوئے جہاں کم عمر بچوں کو مبینہ طور پر چاقو کے نوک پر جنسی زیادتی کا نشانہ بنایا گیا اور انہیں بلیک میل کرنے کے لیے متاثرین کی فحش ویڈیوز ریکارڈ کی گئیں۔ مقدمات نے اس وقت غم و غصہ پیدا کیا جب یہ انکشاف ہوا کہ جرائم کی سنگینی کے باوجود ایف آئی آر میں تاخیر ہوئی اور تفتیش کو ناکافی طریقے سے سنبھالا گیا۔
سی پی او راولپنڈی نے سخت نوٹس لیتے ہوئے ایس ایچ او گوجر خان انسپکٹر نذیر احمد، انچارج ایس ایس یو گوجر خان سب انسپکٹر محمد الطاف، انچارج پولیس چوکی قاضیاں سب انسپکٹر زاہد محمود، اسسٹنٹ سب انسپکٹر ماجد الیاس اور ہیڈ کانسٹیبل اکرام کو معطل کر دیا اور ان تمام کا تبادلہ پولیس کے حوالے کر دیا۔
سی پی او نے تمام معطل اہلکاروں، کیس کا مکمل ریکارڈ اور متاثرہ بچوں کے والدین کو بھی انکوائری کے لیے آج صبح 10 بجے سی پی او آفس میں طلب کیا ہے۔
ذرائع سے پتہ چلتا ہے کہ چکرالی بدھل کے علاقے میں مجرموں نے نابالغوں کو چھریوں سے ڈرا کر زیادتی پر مجبور کیا، جبکہ بعد میں متاثرین کو بلیک میل کرنے کے لیے ان حملوں کی خفیہ فلم بندی کی۔ مقدمات کے اندراج میں تاخیر اور تفتیش میں کوتاہی نے سی پی او کی فوری تادیبی کارروائی کا آغاز کیا۔
حکام نے یقین دہانی کرائی ہے کہ معاملے کی مکمل تحقیقات کی جائیں گی اور ذمہ داروں بشمول قصورواروں اور غفلت برتنے والے اہلکاروں کو انصاف کے کٹہرے میں لایا جائے گا۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com, October 03, 2025) — In a significant development, the City Police Officer (CPO) Rawalpindi has suspended several police officials of Gujar Khan Police Station following allegations of negligence, delayed registration of cases, and poor investigation into incidents of child sexual abuse and blackmail in Chakrali Badhal area.

According to police sources, disturbing incidents were reported where underage children were allegedly sexually assaulted at knifepoint, and obscene videos of the victims were recorded to blackmail them. The cases caused outrage when it was revealed that, despite the seriousness of the crimes, FIRs were delayed and the investigation was handled inadequately.

Taking strict notice, CPO Rawalpindi suspended SHO Gujar Khan Inspector Nazir Ahmed, In-charge SSU Gujar Khan Sub-Inspector Muhammad Altaf, In-charge Police Post Qazian Sub-Inspector Zahid Mehmood, Assistant Sub-Inspector Majid Ilyas, and Head Constable Ikram, transferring all of them to Police Lines.

The CPO has also summoned all suspended officials, the complete case records, and the parents of the victimised children to the CPO office at 10 a.m. today for an inquiry.

Sources reveal that the perpetrators in the Chakrali Badhal locality coerced minors into abuse by threatening them with knives, while secretly filming the assaults to later blackmail the victims. The delay in registering the cases and lapses in the investigation prompted the CPO’s immediate disciplinary action.

Authorities have assured that the matter will be thoroughly investigated and those responsible, including both the perpetrators and negligent officials, will be brought to justice.
