Rawat Police Encounter: Ringleader of Inter-Provincial Gang Targeting Overseas Pakistanis Killed

روات(پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم، اکرام الحق قریشی –02،جون، 2025) —بیرون ملک سے وطن آنے والے شہریوں سے ڈکیتیوں میں ملوث بین الصوبائی گینگ کی پولیس پارٹی پر فائرنگ ,فائرنگ کے دوران بیرون ملک سے آنے والے شہریوں کو لوٹنے والے سب سے بڑے گینگ کا سرغنہ اور ایک ساتھی ہلاک، دیگر ساتھی فرار,گینگ راولپنڈی، اسلام آباد، کراچی، لاہور اور دیگر شہروں میں بیرون ملک سے آنے والے شہریوں سے ڈکیتی کی بیسیوں رپورٹ و عدم رپورٹ وارداتوں میں ملوث تھا،
گینگ ارکان ائیرپورٹ پر آنے والے شہریوں کی ریکی کرتے اور تعاقب کر کے شاہراہوں پر ٹارگٹ کرتے تھے، گینگ ارکان واردات کے لئے پولیس اور قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں کی وردی بھی استعمال کرتے تھے، گینگ گزشتہ کئی سالوں سے راولپنڈی پولیس کو مطلوب تھا، گینگ کی گرفتاری کے لئے سپیشل ٹیمیں تشکیل دی گئی تھیں جو ٹیکنیکل و ہیومن انٹیلی جنس ذرائع سے گینگ کو ٹریس کر رہی تھیں،

گینگ کے سرغنہ نے ساتھیوں سمیت مندرہ کے علاقہ میں واردات کی، پولیس کے فوری رسپانس پر ملزمان فرار ہوئے جن کا تعاقب کیا گیا، فرار ہوتے ملزمان نے چونترہ کے علاقہ میں پولیس پارٹی پر فائرنگ کی،فائرنگ کے دوران گینگ کا سرغنہ اور اسکا ساتھی ہلاک ہوئے، واقعہ کی اطلاع پر سینئر پولیس افسران موقع پر موجود ہیں، فرار ملزمان کی گرفتاری کے لئے سرچنگ و ناکہ بندی کی گئی ہے،

واردات کی اطلاع پر فوری رسپانس اور ملزمان کی فائرنگ کے باوجود بہادری سے فرائض کی انجام دہی پر سی پی او سید خالد ہمدانی کی ایس پی صدر، ایس ڈی پی او صدر، ایس ڈی پی او گوجرخان، ایس ایچ او مندرہ، ایس ایچ او چونترہ اور پولیس ٹیموں کو شاباش شہریوں کی جان و مال اور پولیس پر حملہ کرنے والے قانون کی گرفت سے نہیں بچیں گے، سی پی او

Rawat (Pothwar.com, Ikram ul Haq Qureshi – June 2, 2025) – In a major breakthrough, police foiled a robbery attempt and killed the ringleader of a notorious inter-provincial gang involved in looting overseas Pakistanis returning home. The encounter took place during a high-speed chase following a robbery attempt in the Mandra area.

According to police sources, the gang was involved in dozens of reported and unreported robberies across Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, and other cities. The gang members would monitor passengers arriving at airports, follow them, and rob them on highways. They often disguised themselves in uniforms of police and law enforcement agencies to avoid suspicion.

Special police teams had been working for years to apprehend the group, using both technical and human intelligence. On June 2, during a robbery attempt in Mandra, police responded swiftly, forcing the suspects to flee. The chase continued into the Chontra area, where the gang opened fire on the police team. In the exchange of fire, the gang leader and one accomplice were killed, while other suspects managed to escape.

Senior police officers arrived at the scene immediately. A search operation and roadblocks have been initiated to capture the fleeing gang members.

Commending the bravery of the police teams, CPO Syed Khalid Hamdani praised SP Saddar, SDPOs of Saddar and Gujar Khan, SHOs of Mandra and Chontra, and other team members. He affirmed that those attacking police and endangering citizens will be brought to justice and will not escape the law.
