ملزم کو ضرر کے جرم میں 3 سال قید اور 1 لاکھ روپے ضمان کی سزا سنائی گئی،ملزم نے معمولی تلخ کلامی پر فائرنگ کر کے 2 شہریوں کو قتل جبکہ 1 شہری کو زخمی کر دیا تھا،واقعہ کا مقدمہ ستمبر 2018 تھانہ گوجر خان میں درج کیا گیا تھا،ٹھوس شواہد اور مقدمہ کی موثر پیروی کے پیش نظر معزز عدالت نے ملزم کو قرار واقعی سزا سنائی،ملزم کو قرار واقعی سزا ملنے پر سی پی او سید خالد ہمدانی کی ایس ایس پی انوسٹی گیشن اور تفتیشی و لیگل ٹیموں کو شاباش،

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com, June 1, 2025) — In a significant development stemming from effective policing by Gujar Khan Police, a local court has handed down a severe sentence to the accused involved in a 2018 double murder case.

The convicted individual, Muhammad Razaq, has been sentenced to two counts of the death penalty, a total of 13 years of imprisonment, and financial penalties amounting to Rs. 1 million in compensation, Rs. 200,000 in fines, and Rs. 100,000 as surety.

According to case details, Muhammad Razaq was found guilty of murdering two citizens and injuring another by opening fire during a minor verbal dispute. The tragic incident took place in September 2018 and was registered at Gujar Khan Police Station.

The breakdown of the punishment is as follows:

• Double death sentence and Rs. 1 million compensation for the two murders.

• 10 years of imprisonment and Rs. 200,000 fine for the charge of attempted murder.

• 3 years of imprisonment and Rs. 100,000 surety for the charge of causing harm (injury).

The honorable court, after reviewing solid evidence and witnessing the diligent prosecution by the police and legal teams, concluded the case with a comprehensive and exemplary sentence for the convict.
