Gujar Khan: Mandra Police Arrest Man for Killing Brother Over Property Dispute

مندرہ پولیس نے جائیداد کے تنازع پر اپنے سگے بھائی کو بہیمانہ طریقے سے قتل کرنے والے ملزم کو گرفتار کر لیا۔ یہ افسوسناک واقعہ پانچ روز قبل پیش آیا جس نے علاقے میں خوف و ہراس کی فضا پیدا کر دی۔ پولیس نے واقعہ کی فوری تحقیقات شروع کر دی تھیں۔

پولیس ذرائع کے مطابق، گرفتار ملزم کی شناخت محرم شاہ کے نام سے ہوئی ہے، جس نے جائیداد کے تنازع پر اپنے بھائی محبوب شاہ پر کلہاڑی سے حملہ کیا۔ محبوب شاہ شدید زخمی حالت میں اسپتال منتقل کیا گیا، جہاں وہ دورانِ علاج زخموں کی تاب نہ لاتے ہوئے جاں بحق ہو گیا۔

واقعے کا مقدمہ تھانہ مندرہ میں فوری طور پر درج کیا گیا، اور ملزم کی گرفتاری کے لیے ایک خصوصی ٹیم تشکیل دی گئی۔ پولیس نے انسانی انٹیلیجنس سمیت تمام وسائل بروئے کار لاتے ہوئے بھرپور کوشش کی اور بالآخر ملزم کو گرفتار کر لیا، جو واردات کے بعد فرار ہو گیا تھا۔

ایس پی صدر محمد نبیل کھوکھر نے ملزم کی گرفتاری کی تصدیق کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ملزم کے خلاف ٹھوس شواہد عدالت میں پیش کیے جائیں گے اور اسے قانون کے مطابق قرار واقعی سزا دلوانے کے لیے مکمل قانونی کارروائی کی جائے گی۔

یہ واقعہ معاشرے میں خاندانی تنازعات کے نتیجے میں بڑھتی ہوئی پرتشدد کارروائیوں کی سنگینی اور ان کے سدباب کے لیے مؤثر حل کی فوری ضرورت کو اجاگر کرتا ہے۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com – April 20, 2025): In a tragic turn of events, Mandra Police have arrested a man accused of brutally killing his own brother over a property dispute. The incident, which sent shockwaves through the local community, occurred five days ago and has since been under active investigation.

According to police sources, the accused, identified as Muharram Shah, allegedly attacked his brother Mahboob Shah with an axe during a heated argument related to a family property matter. Mahboob sustained severe injuries and was immediately rushed to the hospital, where he unfortunately succumbed to his wounds during treatment.

A First Information Report (FIR) was promptly registered at Mandra Police Station, and a special team was formed to apprehend the suspect. Following intense efforts and the use of human intelligence, law enforcement officials successfully located and arrested the accused, who had fled the scene after committing the crime.

SP Saddar Muhammad Nabeel Khokhar confirmed the arrest and stated that the accused will be presented in court with solid evidence. He further assured that the police are committed to ensuring justice is served and the suspect receives appropriate punishment according to the law.
