London: Asuk Hussain of Dewsbury jailed for 11 years at Leeds Crown Court

بریڈ فورڈ کراؤن کورٹ نے سنا کہ حسین نے واقعے سے قبل متاثرہ لڑکی کو اپنے اسکول یونیفارم میں دیکھا تھا، اور جب اسے رہنے کے لیے جگہ کی ضرورت تھی تو اس کا فائدہ اٹھایا۔
حسین کو سزا سنانے سے وہ آپریشن ٹور وے کے ایک حصے کے طور پر سزا پانے والے 26ویں آدمی ہیں۔ اس کی سزا کا مطلب ہے کہ مجموعی طور پر 378 سال قید کی سزا اب عدالتوں نے تفتیش میں سزا یافتہ مردوں کو سونپی ہے، جن میں Batley اور Heckmondwike کے مدعا علیہان شامل ہیں۔

London (Pothwar.com, Mohammad Naseer Raja, July 16, 2024) – Asuk Hussain has been jailed for more than a decade after being found guilty of sexually assaulting a child. Asuk Hussain, 53, from Dewsbury, was jailed for 11 years at Leeds Crown Court on July 13.

Hussain was sentenced after previously being found guilty of an offence of rape committed against a victim who was only a young teenager when the incident took place in the Kirklees area around 20 years ago.

Bradford Crown Court heard that Hussain had seen the victim in her school uniform prior to the incident, and took advantage of her when she was in need of a place to stay.

Hussain’s sentencing makes him the 26th man to be sentenced as part of Operation Tourway. His sentencing means a combined total of 378 years in prison has now been handed down by the courts to men convicted in the investigation, who include defendants from Batley and Heckmondwike.
