London / Rawalpindi; Eid-ul-Azha is being celebrated with traditional and religious fervour across Pakistan and UK today.
The day dawned with special Eid prayers in mosques for the well-being of Muslim Ummah, progress, prosperity and security of the country, and liberation of Palestine and people in occupied Kashmir.
Eid congregations were held this morning at mosques, Eidgahs and open places in all cities, towns and villages across the country.
After offering Eid prayers, the faithful will slaughter their sacrificial animals to mark the end of the Hajj pilgrimage to Makkah and in commemoration of Prophet Ibrahim’s (AS) readiness to sacrifice his son Ismail on God’s command.

برطانیہ بھر کی طرح سلاو مرکزی جامع مسجدڈاہمند روڈ مسجد میں عیدالضحی کی نماز ادا کردی گئی مرکزی جامع مسجد ڈاہمند روڈ میں عید کی چار جماعتوں کا اہتمام کیا گیا پہلی جماعت خطیب جامع مسجد حافظ محمد عدنان ظہیر چشتی نے پرھائی میں مسلمان سنت ابراہمی کی تکمیل کرتے ہوئے قربانی بھی کریں گے ۔علماءکرام نماز عید سے قبل حج اور قربانی کے حوالے سے خصوصی بیان کیا اور امت مسلمہ کے لیے خصوصی دعائیں بھی کی ۔ عید کی نماز کے بعد لوگ ایک دوسرے سے گلے مل مل کر عید کی مبارکباد دیتے رہے لوگوں کی بڑی تعداد نے نماز عید کے لیے شرکت کی ۔
