,سابق وزیر اعظم راجہ پرویز اشرف کی گاڑی کی ٹکر سے پنجاب پولیس کا ملازم ذیشان عباسی جان بحق ہو گیا ۔ پولیس کے مطابق راجہ پرویز اشرف کی گاڑی انکا ڈرائیور چلا رہا تھا۔ پنجاب پولیس کا کانسٹیبل ذیشان راولپنڈی پولیس لائن میں تعینات تھا۔ پولیس نے ڈرائیور اور گاڑی کو اپنی تحویل میں لے لیا ہے۔
Rawalpindi; Rawalpindi police constable Zeeshan Abbasi was killed after a speeding car belonging to former premier Raja Pervaiz Ashraf hit his motorcycle in Zero Point area within the precincts of Aabpara police station.
The former PM was not in the car and the car was being driven by his driver.
Police have arrested the driver named Abid and the vehicle has been moved to Aabpara police station. The law enforcement agency says that the vehicle bears a government number plate.
Police say they are waiting for the deceased’s family to reach Islamabad to register a First Information Report (FIR).
Raja Pervaiz Ashraf formerly served as the federal minister for water and power and information and technology in the coalition government led by Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Mutahidda Qaumi Movement (MQM) and Awami National Party (ANP).
