31مئی کو ایف ائی اے مالخانہ اسلام آباد سے دو ملزمان نے تقریبا 15کروڑ مالیت کی ملکی غیر ملکی کرنسی لوٹی،کرنسی اور دیگر اشیاء لیکر جانے والے ملزمان کو مندرہ پولیس نے ٹول پلازہ پر پکڑا اور ملزمان سے برامد رقم میں ہیر پھیر کرکے صرف 47.9ملین برآمدگی ظاہر کی،متن مقدمہ
مندرہ پولیس کی بدیانتی روزنامچہ رپورٹ کے پھاڑنے سے بھی ظاہر ہے، مقدمہ میں انسپکٹر یاسر اعوان،اے ایس آئی عمران مظفر، کانسٹیبلز خضر حیات،مظفر شاہ،شاہد محمود،اسد محمود،عثمان اور مختار حسین محمد نعیم شہزاد سمیت ایک پرائیویٹ شخص کوبھی ملزم نامزد کیا گیا جبکہ مندرہ پولیس نے جن دو افراد کو گرفتار کیا تھا ان میں سے ایک کا تعلق کلرسیداں سے تھا جس کے بعد مختلف اداروں نے کاروائی کرتے ہوئے کلرسیداں سے مزید متعدد نوجوانوں کو گرفتار کرکے ان کا عدالت سے ریمانڈ لے رکھا ہے اس طرح یہ اپنی نوعیت کا منفرد کیس ہے جس میں ایف آئی اے کے مال خانے سے کروڑوں کی غیر ملکی کرنسی اور دیگر اشیا چوری کر لی گئیں اور پھر مندرہ پولیس نے جی ٹی روڈ پر ناکہ لگا کر دوران سرچنگ مسروقہ کروڑوں کی رقم اور دو ملزمان کو گرفتار کرکے نہ صرف داد سمیٹی بلکہ ائی جی پنجاب سے خصوصی انعام بھی حاصل کیا جس کے چند ہی ایام بعد یہ انکشاف ہوا کہ مندرہ پولیس نے کروڑوں کی غیر ملکی کرنسی برامد کرکے کچھ بیگ اپنے پاس رکھ لیئے جن میں کروڑوں کی کرنسی شامل تھی اس طرح دس کے قریب پہلے ہی ملزمان کو حراست میں لیا گیا تھا اب مال مقدمہ برامد کرنے والے نو پولیس اہلکار بھی گرفتار کر لیئے گئے۔

After exporting crores of stolen foreign currency to Mandra, he borrowed crores of foreign currency after manipulating the money. In the case, SHO Mandra, 1 ASI, 7 constables and a private person were named as accused.

According to the details filed in the complaint filed by ACCFIA SHO Asfandyar,
On May 31, two suspects looted foreign currency worth about 15 crores from FIA Malkhana Islamabad, the suspects who were carrying currency and other items were caught by the Mandra police at the toll plaza and only 47.9 million were recovered from the accused by manipulating the money.

Mandra Police’s dishonesty is also evident from the tearing of the daily report, Inspector Yasir Awan, ASI Imran Muzaffar, Constables Khizr Hayat, Muzaffar Shah, Shahid Mahmood, Asad Mahmood, Usman and Mukhtar Hussain Muhammad Naeem Shahzad have also been accused in the case.

The accused was named while one of the two persons who were arrested by the Mandra police belonged to Kallar Syedan, after which various agencies arrested several more youths from Kallar Syedan and remanded them from the court.

This is a unique case of its kind in which crores of foreign currency and other goods were stolen from the FIA ​​warehouse and then Mandra police blocked the GT road and during the search, the stolen crores and two accused were found.

After arresting not only SHO Mandra also got a special reward from IG Punjab, a few days later he was revealed that Mandra police had recovered crores of foreign currency and kept some bags containing crores of currency. In this way, around ten accused were already detained, now nine police officers who were investigating the money case were also arrested.
