گوجرخان(نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم،,06،جنوری,2023)— گوجر خان شہر کے مرکزی کاروباری پوائنٹ پر مبینہ ملی بھگت سے اربوں روپے کی قیمتی زمین کو اونے پونے لیز پر دینے کا فیصلہ کسی صورت قبول نہیں۔فیصلہ قواعد و ضوابط کے تحت میرٹ پر کیا جائے مرکزی انجمن تاجران کے رہنماؤں کا اعلان معاملہ ایم پی اے جاوید کوثر ایڈووکیٹ کے علم میں لایا گیا جنہوں نے موقع پر پہنچ کر دکانوں کی تعمیر کا کام رکوا دیا۔ انکے ہمراہ امیر افضل قریشی۔حاجی شوکت مغل خواجہ محمد اسلم اور عظمت شاہ بھی تھے تفصیلات کے مطابق گوجرخان شہر کے مرکزی کاروباری علاقے میں مارکیٹ کمیٹی کی دو کنال سے زائد جگہ کو ایک لاکھ ستائیس ہزار روپے ماہانہ کرایہ پر دے کر دوکانیں تعمیر کرا کے کروڑوں روپے بٹورنے کی اطلاع پر مرکزی انجمن تاجران گوجرخان کے صدر حاجی راجہ محمد جواد سئنیر نائب صدر شہزادہ خان۔انجمن تاجران کھوکھا بازار کے صدر مرزا تیمور وارثی انجمن تاجران ہوسٹل والی گلی کے چئیرمن راجہ خاقان بابر کیانی۔ مرزا امتیاز لالہ مجاہد اور فضل خاں نے کہا کہ فرد واحد نے انتہائی قیمتی۔سرکاری اراضی اپنے من پسند شخص کو ایک لاکھ ستائیس ہزار روپے ماہانہ کرایہ پر دے دی ہے جہاں پر دکانیں تعمیر کر کے کرایہ پر دی جائیں گی۔ حالانکہ اس وقت یہاں ایک دکان کا کرایہ ایک لاکھ روپے سے زائد ہے مرکزی انجمن تاجراں اس بندر بانٹ کو کسی صورت قبول نہیں کرے گی۔ اس جگہ پر بیسمنٹ میں موٹر سائیکل پارکنگ بنائی جائے اور اوپر دکانیں اور فلیٹ وغیرہ بنائے جائیں اور اس عمل کو شفاف طریقے انجام دیا جائے تاکہ سرکاری خزانے میں بھی معقول رقم جمع ہو۔ اس موقع پر ایم پی اے چوہدری جاوید کوثر ایڈووکیٹ نے اس موقع پر کہا کہ وہ معاملہ کو میرٹ پر حل کرائیں گے کسی کو عوامی مفادات کے خلاف کام کرنے کی اجازت نہیں دی جائے گی۔ انہوں نے تاجر رہنماؤں کو یقین دلایا کہ وہ اس عمل کی چھان بین کر کے معاملے کو میرٹ پر حل کرائیں گے ذرائع کے مطابق ایم پی اے جاوید کوثر بھی اس معاملے سے لاعلم تھے۔ جس پر شہری حلقوں نے حیرت کا اظہار کیا
