Rawat: Shocking Revelations in Pirwadhai Honour Killing Case: Gravedigger Confesses to Secret Night Burial

تفصیلات کے مطابق چھتی قبرستان کے گرفتار گورکن راشد محمود نے پولیس کو بتایا کہ لڑکی کو قتل کرنے کے بعد 17 جولائی صبح ساڑھے 5 بجے دفن کیا گیا، قبر تیار کرنے کے لیے قبرستان کمیٹی کے ممبر گل بادشاہ نے ہدایت کی، گل بادشاہ نے ایک گھنٹے میں قبر تیار کرنے کا کہا۔گرفتار گورکن کے مطابق شدید بارش اور صبح سویرے مزدوروں کی عدم دستیابی کے باعث قبر تیار نہ ہونے کا بتایا، پونے 6 بجے

گل بادشاہ 25 افراد کے ساتھ قبرستان آیا، جنہوں نے میرے ساتھ قبر کھود کر تیار کی۔
گورکن کے مطابق مقتولہ کی لاش لوڈر رکشے پر لائی گئی جس پر سرخ رنگ کی ترپال پڑی ہوئی تھی جبکہ قبر تیار ہونے تک رکشہ قبرستان میں ہی کھڑا رہا اور قبر تیار ہونے پر تمام افراد نے لڑکی کی تدفین کی۔گرفتار گورکن راشد محمود کے مطابق تمام افراد نے قبر کو ہموار کیا اور قبر کا نشان تک ختم کردیا۔ گورکن کے مطابق اس نے قبر کی رسید نمبر 78 ممبر قبرستان گل بادشاہ کے بیٹے کو دی، جس پر گل

بادشاہ نے لڑکی کا نام سدرہ دختر عرب گل تحریر کرایا۔گورکن نے پولیس کو مزید بتایا کہ 18جولائی کو سیکرٹری قبرستان کمیٹی سیف الرحمان میرے پاس آیا اور رسید بک لے گیا، تھوڑی دیر بعد رسید بک واپس کی گئی جس میں 78 نمبر رسید کا ریکارڈ موجود نہیں تھا۔

خیال رہے کہ 17 اور 18 جولائی کی درمیانی شب راولپنڈی کے پیر ودھائی تھانے کی حدود میں شادی شدہ خاتون کو جرگے کے حکم پر گلا گھونٹ کر مبینہ طور پر قتل کیا گیا تھا اور پھر راتوں رات تدفین بھی کر دی گئی تھی جبکہ قتل کے بعد قبر کے نشانات تک مٹادیے گئے تھے۔
خاتون کے قتل کے معاملے میں اب تک 8 افراد کو گرفتار کیا جا چکا ہے جبکہ مقتولہ کے دوسرے شوہر

عثمان نے گزشتہ رات خود کو پولیس کے حوالے کر دیا تھا۔
مقتولہ کے دوسرے شوہر عثمان کے والد محمد الیاس کا کہنا ہے کہ لڑکی کے گھر والے اسے رخصتی کا بتا کر لیکر گئے اور پھر دو روز بعد اطلاع ملی کہ لڑکی کو قتل کر دیا گیا ہے۔

In a shocking development in the Rawalpindi honour killing case, the gravedigger arrested from Chatti Graveyard has made startling revelations to the police. The woman was allegedly murdered on the orders of a local jirga in the Pirwadhai area and secretly buried in the early hours of July 17.

According to the police, Rashid Mehmood, the gravedigger at Chatti Graveyard, confessed that he was instructed by Gul Badshah, a member of the graveyard committee, to prepare a grave urgently around 5:30 AM on July 17. Due to heavy rainfall and the early hour, no laborers were available. However, around 5:45 AM, Gul Badshah arrived at the graveyard with 25 men and helped dig the grave.

Mehmood revealed that the deceased woman’s body was brought in a loader rickshaw covered with a red tarpaulin. The vehicle remained parked in the graveyard until the grave was ready. Once prepared, all individuals present participated in the burial.

He added that after the burial, the grave was flattened, and even its markers were erased to hide any trace. A receipt for the burial, numbered 78, was given to Gul Badshah’s son, and the name “Sidra daughter of Arab Gul” was written on it.

Later, on July 18, the secretary of the graveyard committee, Saif-ur-Rehman, took the burial receipt book from Mehmood and returned it after some time — but with the record of receipt number 78 missing.

It is worth noting that the woman, who was married, was allegedly strangled to death on the night between July 17 and 18 under orders from a jirga. Her burial was carried out the same night, and her grave was deliberately concealed.

So far, eight people have been arrested in the case. The woman’s second husband, Usman, surrendered himself to the police last night. Usman’s father, Muhammad Ilyas, told reporters that the woman’s family had taken her away under the pretext of a ceremonial departure (rukhsati), only to inform them two days later that she had been killed.

Police investigations are ongoing.
