Kahuta: Principal of Private School in Panjaar Brutally Assaults 13-Year-Old Student

کہوٹہ:(پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام،عمران ضمیر12، اکتوبر، 2024ء ) –– نجی سکول کے پرنسپل نے ساتویں جماعت کے 13سالہ طالبعلم پر تشددکیا۔مار مار کر لہو لہا ن کر دیا۔۔تفصیلات کے مطابق تھانہ کہوٹہ میںتحریری درخوا ست دیتے ہوئے محمد اکرام ولد پرویزاختر سکنہ اوسل پنجاڑ نےبتایا کہ وہ راولپنڈی میں نوکری کرتاھے۔ مجھے میری بیوی نے فون کر کے بتایا کہ میرا بیٹا فرحان اکرام جو ساتویں جماعت میں عظیم سکول پنجاڑ میں زیر تعلیم ھے کو سکول ٹیچر زین جو سکول کا پرنسپل بھی ھے نے اتنا مارا ھے کہ بچہ زخمی ھو گیا ھے اور چلنے پھرنے کے بھی قابل نہ ھے۔میں نے فون پر
یہ بات سنی تو فورآ چھٹی لیکر گھر پہنچا اور بیٹے کو لیکر ہسپتال لے گیا۔جہاں سے میڈیکل کروا کے تھانہ کہوٹہ کے ایس ایچ او کے پاس درخواست دی
لیکن میری داد رسی کے بجائے پولیس مجھے ڈرا رہی ہے کہ تم درخواست واپس لے لو۔ ورنہ تم پر پرچہ دے دیں گے اور تاحال میری ایف آئی آر درج نہیں کی گئی۔اس کے علاوہ میں نے اے سی کہوٹہ کے دفتر میں بھی درخواست دی۔ وہاں سے بھی داد رسی نہ ھوئی تو میں محکمہ تعلیم کے دفتر کہوٹہ میں جا کر درخواست دی لیکن مجھے کہیں سے بھی انصاف نہ ملا۔میں غریب آدمی ہوں اور سکول انتظامیہ اتنی بااثر ہے کہ میری کسی بھی دفتر میں شنوائی نہیں ھونے دے رہی۔والدین کے شدید احتجاج پر تھانہ کہوٹہ نے زیر دفعہ ت پ 328A کے تحت مقدمہ درج کر لیا۔

Kahuta (Pothwar.com, Imran Zamir – October 11, 2024) – A shocking incident occurred at a private school in Kahuta, where the principal severely beat a 13-year-old seventh-grade student, leaving him injured and unable to walk. According to details, Muhammad Ikram, a resident of Oosal Panjaar, filed a written complaint at Kahuta police station. He stated that while working in Rawalpindi, his wife called him to inform that their son, Farhan Ikram, a student at Azeem School Panjaar, had been brutally beaten by his teacher Zain, who is also the school’s principal.

Ikram immediately rushed home and took his injured son to the hospital. After obtaining a medical report, he lodged a complaint with the SHO at Kahuta police station. However, Ikram claims that instead of providing justice, the police intimidated him, urging him to withdraw the complaint or face charges himself. Despite filing the complaint, no FIR has been registered so far.

In addition to the police, Ikram approached the Assistant Commissioner’s office and the education department in Kahuta but has yet to receive any justice. He expressed frustration, stating that he is a poor man, and the influential school administration is preventing his case from being heard. Following intense protests from the parents, Kahuta police finally registered a case under Section 328A of the Pakistan Penal Code.
