روات(نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم,اکرام الحق قریشی,23،نومبر,2023)— راولپنڈی پولیس کوپٹرول وڈیزل کی فراہمی تعطل کاشکار ہوگئی،فنڈز نہ ہونے پر ضلع بھرمیں پولیس سٹیشنوں کی گاڑیوں کو تقریباً ڈیڑھ ماہ سے ایندھن کی فراہمی بند ہے جس کی وجہ سے پولیس اپنی مددآپ کے تحت کام چلانے پرمجبورہوگئی۔ذرائع کے مطابق پنجاب حکومت کی جانب سے تین ماہ کے لئے بجٹ فراہم کیاجاتاہے،تین ماہ کے لئے پنجاب پولیس نے 5 ارب روپے کی ڈیمانڈ کی تھی لیکن حکومت نے پہلے کوارٹرمیں صرف اڑھائی ارب کےفنڈز جاری کئے جب کہ مزید گرانٹ مانگنے پر گزشتہ ماہ پنجاب پولیس کو35کروڑ روپے کے اضافی فنڈزجاری کئے گئے جس میں سے مختلف اضلاع کو رقم بھیجی گئی لیکن یہ رقم ناکافی ہونے کی وجہ سے پٹرول اور ڈیزل کے گزشتہ بلوں کی ادائیگی نہیں ہوسکی جس پر پی ایس اونے پولیس کوپٹرول اورڈیزل کی فراہمی روک دی جس سے راولپنڈی پولیس کوشدیدمشکلات کاسامنا کرنا پڑرہاہے ۔ذرائع کاکہناہے پی ایس او راولپنڈی کو ماہانہ پانچ کروڑروپے تک ادھار ایندھن فراہم کرتا ہے لیکن ادھارکی رقم بڑھنے پر تھانوں کو دئیے گئے فیول کارڈزپر تقریباًڈیڑھ ماہ سے ایندھن فراہم نہیں کیاجارہا ۔
