گوجر خان (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام،,رپورٹ ملک بلال مشتاق , 22 نومبر 2023) –باخبر ذرائع کے مطابق بورڈ آف ریونیو نے رنگ روڈ منصوبہ کیلئے رہ جانے والی اراضی کی ایکوزیشن کیلئے قیمت کی منظوری دیدی۔منصوبہ کیلئےپانچ ہزا ر 159کنال اراضی ایکوائر کی جانی ہےجس کیلئے15سو کے لگ بھگ مالکان اراضی کو نوٹس جاری کردئیے گئے ہیں۔ لینڈ ایکوزیشن کی لاگت 2اعشاریہ2ارب روپے ہے۔ذرائع کے مطابق منصوبہ میں201مکان اور سٹرکچرز بھی آرہے ہیں جن کے مالکان کو ادائیگی کیلئے5سو ملین روپے کی الگ منظوری دی گئی ہے۔ ذرائع کے مطابق معاوضہ (ایوارڈ) کا اعلان پانچ دسمبر کو متوقع ہے کیونکہ پندرہ دن کا نوٹس مالکان کو جاری ہوا ہے۔منصوبہ کی تکمیل کی مدت اگست2024 ہے ۔ رنگ روڈ منصوبہ پر مشینری کی تعدا د بھی 317سے بڑھا کر450کی جاچکی ہے۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com, Report Malik Bilal Mushtaq, 22 November 2023) – According to informed sources, the Board of Revenue has approved the price for the acquisition of the remaining land for the Ring Road project. Five thousand 159 kanals of land have been acquired for the project. Notices have been issued to around 1500 landowners. The cost of land acquisition is 2.2 billion rupees. According to sources, 201 houses and structures are also coming up in the project, whose owners have been separately approved for payment of 500 million rupees. According to sources, the compensation (award) is expected to be announced on December 5, as a fifteen-day notice has been issued to the owners. The completion period of the project is August 2024. The number of machinery on the ring road project has also been increased from 317 to 450.
