Rawat: Decision to activate administrative committees to make Murree district fully operational

روات (نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم,اکرام الحق قریشی,11،اکتوبر,2023)— مری ضلع کو مکمل آپریشنل کرنے کیلئے انتظامی کمیٹیاں ایک ہفتے میں فعال کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے۔مری کا بجٹ اور انتظامی پوسٹوں کی بحالی کیلئے ڈپٹی کمشنر مری آغا ظہیر عباس شیرازی نے سینئر ممبر بورڈ آف ریونیو، سیکرٹری سروسز اور سیکرٹری لوکل گورنمنٹ سے رابطے کئے ہیں جبکہ مری ضلع کونسل کی علیحدگی کیلئے ڈی ڈی ایل جی راولپنڈی جہانگیر مرزا کو ریفرنس بنا کر سیکرٹری لوکل گورنمنٹ کوبھجوانے کی ہدایت کی گئی ہے۔ڈپٹی کمشنر مری آغا ظہیر عباس شیرازی نے کہا کہ ڈسٹرکٹ پلاننگ اینڈ ڈیزائن کمیٹی،ڈسٹرکٹ امن کمیٹی اوردیگر کوایک ہفتیمیں آپریشنل کررہے ہیں۔ سرکاری افسران کیلئے دفاتر کے انتظامات کئے جارہے ہیں جن جن محکموں کی ایس این ای بن چکی ہے ان کو فوری فعال کیا جائے گا۔ محکمہ صحت اور تعلیم کے سی ای اوز کی تقرری کو فوری ممکن بنایا جارہا ہے۔ ادھر ذرائع کے مطابق مری ضلع کی ریجنل اور اربن پلاننگ کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے۔ کنسلٹنٹ موٹ میکڈونلڈ پاکستان (ایم ایم پی)کو ہائر کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہیجس میں محکمہ لوکل گورنمنٹ کا پراجیکٹ مینجمنٹ یونٹ(پی ایم یو)بھی شامل ہوگا۔

Agha Zaheer Abbas Shirazi has contacted the Senior Member Board of Revenue, Secretary Services, and Secretary Local Government, while DDLG Rawalpindi Jahangir Mirza has been instructed to make a reference and send it to the Secretary Local Government for the separation of Murree District Council.

Commissioner Murree Agha Zaheer Abbas Shirazi said that the District Planning and Design Committee, District Peace Committee, and others are being made operational in a week.

Arrangements are being made for the offices of the government officers, and the departments of which SNE has been made will be activated immediately.

Appointment of CEOs of health and education departments is being made possible immediately. Meanwhile, according to sources, regional and urban planning of Murree district has been decided.

It was decided to hire consultant Moot Macdonald Pakistan (MMP) which will also include the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Local Government Department.
