لندن /کلرسیداں(نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم,اکرام الحق قریشی,05،اکتوبر,2023)—پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی ضلع راولپنڈی کے سابق جنرل سیکرٹری اور برطانیہ کے معروف کاروباری راجہ قمر مسعود نے ملک کی تمام سیاسی جماعتوں سے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ وہ کتابی شکل کے منشور کو ترک کر کے مختصر اور قابل عمل منشور کے ساتھ عوام سے رجوع کریں اور اپنی سابقہ کوتاہیوں اور کرپشن معاملات سے متعلق قوم سے آخری بار خلوص نیت سے معافی مانگیں۔انہوں نے اپنے ایک بیان میں کہا کہ تمام پارٹیاں برسہا برس اقتدار میں رہنے کے باوجود لوگوں کے دکھوں کا مداوا نہ ہر سکیں۔لہزہ اب وقت آ گیا ہے کہ ماضی میں اقتدار میں رہنے والی تمام۔سیاسی جماعتیں حلفیہ طور پر قوم سے گزشتہ کوتاہیوں پر معذرت کرتے ہوئے مختصر اور قابل عمل منشور کے ساتھ عوام سے رجوع کریں اور یہ رجوع عوامی جلسوں میں ہر پارٹی سربراہ تحریر اور تقریر میں عوام کو حلف دیتے ہوئے کریں توقوم آخری معافی کا سوچ سکتی ہے،انہوں نے کہا کہ پیپلز پارٹی کے نوجوان قائد پر ایسا کوئی الزام نہیں کہ وہ قوم کا سامنا کرتے ہوئے شرمندہ ہوں تاہم انھیں اپنے اس کردار کو برقرار رکھنا ہو گا،پیپلز پارٹی ہی وطن عزیز کو اس دلدل سے نکالنے کی صلاحیت رکھتی ہے کیونکہ اقتدار میں پیپلز پارٹی کو جب بھی عوامی خدمت کا موقع ملا اس نے عوامی امنگوں کی ترجمانی کی۔

He urged them to sincerely apologize to the nation for their past shortcomings and corruption issues.

In a statement, Raja Qamar Masood emphasized that despite being in power for years, all political parties have failed to alleviate the suffering of the people. He stated that it is now time for all political parties, regardless of their past experiences in power, to humbly apologize to the nation, pledge to adopt a brief and practical charter and consult the public. He suggested that this consultation with the people should take place during public gatherings where each party leader, in writing and verbally, commits to the nation for one last chance at redemption.

He also clarified that there is no allegation against the young leader of the PPP, and he should not feel embarrassed while representing the nation. However, he emphasized the need for the young leader to maintain his role and responsibilities. According to Raja Qamar Masood, the PPP is the only party capable of extricating the beloved homeland from its current predicament because whenever it has had the opportunity to serve the public, it has effectively voiced the aspirations of the people.
