Gujar Khan: “Two Individuals from Jatli village Arrested on Charges of Terrorism”

گوجرخان (نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم,اکرام الحق قریشی,25،ستمبر,2023)—گوجرخان کے دو افراد دہشت گردی کے الزام میں گرفتار گزشتہ رات اسلام آباد ہائی وے پر موجود اسلام آباد پولیس نے سرویلنس ڈیوٹی کے دوران مخبر کی اطلاع پر 2 مشکوک افراد کو پکڑا۔ معیز احمد تحصیل گجر خان راولپنڈی اور مہران یونس تحصیل گجر خان راولپنڈی ۔جنکے بیگ سے بارودی مواد ، ڈیٹونیٹر اور پستول برآمد ہوا ۔جنہوں نے اپنا تعلق انڈین ایجنسی RAW سے ہونے کا انکشاف کیا، دونوں ملزمان نے سیاسی اور مذہبی شخصیات کی ریکی کرنے کا بھی انکشاف کیا ۔جن کو تھانہ سی ٹی ڈی شفٹ کر دیا گیا۔گوجرخان کے رہائشی دو نوجوانوں کے بھارتی ایجنسی RAW سے روابط کا انکشاف، ملزمان کو بارودی مواد سمیت سی ٹی ڈی نے اسلام آباد سے گرفتار کر لیا ، علاقہ مدوال ٹھیکریاں گجراں تھانہ جاتلی کے رہائشی دو نوجوان اسلام آباد ہائی وے پر گرین ایریا نمبروں والی پہاڑی کے قریب سے مخبر کی اطلاع پر پکڑے گئے، گرفتار ملزمان موٹرسائیکل CD70 پر سوار تھے جنکے پاس بیگ بھی تھا، ملزمان کی شناخت معیز احمد ولد ربنواز اور مہران یونس ولد محمد یونس کے ناموں سے ہوئی، ملزمان سے بارودی مواد 1050 گرام، ایک ڈیٹونیٹر، پرائما کارڈ 3 فٹ اور پستول 30 بور بمعہ روند برآمد ہوا، سی ٹی ڈی کے مطابق ملزمان نے تفتیش کے دوران اپنا تعلق انڈین ایجنسی RAW سے ہونے کا انکشاف کیا ہے، دونوں ملزمان نے سیاسی اور مذہبی شخصیات کی ریکی کرنے کا بھی انکشاف کیا، ملزمان کو تھانہ سی ٹی ڈی شفٹ کر دیا گیا جہاں تفتیش جاری ہے،

Gujar Khan(Potwar.com, Ikram-ul-Haq Qureshi, September 25, 2023) – Two individuals from Gujar Khan were apprehended on charges of terrorism last night as Islamabad Police, during their surveillance duty on Islamabad Highway, acted on a tip-off and apprehended the two suspected culprits. The arrested individuals have been identified as Muaz Ahmed, a resident of Tehsil Gujar Khan, and Mehran Yunus, both a resident of Madwal Thakriyan Gujran, Jatli, Tehsil Gujar Khan.

Explosive materials, detonators, and a pistol were recovered from their possession. Both suspects have confessed to their affiliation with the Indian agency RAW (Research and Analysis Wing) and have also disclosed their involvement in tracking political and religious figures. The suspects have been shifted to the CTD (Counter-Terrorism Department) for further investigation.

The revelation of links between the two Gujar Khan residents and the Indian agency RAW led to their arrest. The suspects were apprehended near the hilly area with Green Area numbers on Islamabad Highway based on the informant’s tip-off. The arrested individuals were riding a motorcycle CD70 and were found in possession of a bag. The suspects have been identified as Muaz Ahmed, son of Rab Nawaz, and Mehran Yunus, son of Muhammad Yunus. During the search, the police recovered 1050 grams of explosive material, a detonator, 3 mobile phone SIM cards, and a .30 bore pistol along with ammunition. According to CTD, both suspects have confessed to their affiliation with the Indian agency RAW during interrogation and have also admitted to tracking political and religious figures. The suspects have been shifted to CTD custody, where the investigation is ongoing.
