Gujar Khan: “Second Opening of Rang Road Delayed as Land Evacuation Remains Incomplete”

گوجر خان (پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کام، 09 اگست 2023)–راولپنڈی رنگ روڈ کا آج دوسری مرتبہ افتتاح متوقع ہےلیکن تاحال حتمی شکل دی جانے والی الائنمنٹ کی اراضی کی ایکوزیشن مکمل نہیں ہوسکی۔بانٹھ تا ٹھلیاں الائنمنٹ کیلئے لینڈ ایکوزیشن ایکٹ کے تحت سیکشن چار کا نوٹیفکیشن ہو چکا ہےجس کے تحت منصوبہ میں آنے والی اراضی کی خریدو فروخت بند ہے۔ڈسٹرکٹ پرائس اسیسمنٹ کمیٹی نے قیمت کا تعین بھی کیا ہوا ہے۔ذرائع کے مطابق رنگ روڈ منصوبہ کے حوالے سے پیر کو بھی کمشنر آفس میں اجلاس ہوا جس میں فوری طور پر لینڈ ایکوزیشن شروع کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا۔

Gujar Khan (Pothwar.com, August 09, 2023) – The second inauguration of Rawalpindi’s Ring Road is expected today, but the evacuation of land for the pending alignment for the project has not yet been completed. The notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act has been issued for the alignment from village Banth, UC Kalyam Awan to Thallian, and consequently, the sale and purchase of lands in the designated area are prohibited.

The District Price Assessment Committee has also determined the value. According to sources, a meeting was held at the Commissioner’s office on Monday regarding the Rang Road project. During the meeting, an immediate decision was made to initiate land evacuation without delay.”
