روات(نمائندہ پوٹھوار ڈاٹ کوم، اکرام الحق قریشی,02،جون,2023)—راولپنڈی پولیس کی اہم کامیابی، دو اندھے قتل ٹریس ,ٹرانسجینڈرز کو قتل کرنے والا سیریل کلر گرفتار، ملزم علی حسین نے اڑھائی ماہ میں دو ٹرانسجینڈرز کو صادق آباد کے علاقہ میں قتل کیا تھا، ملزم نے دونوں ٹرانسجینڈرز کو زیادتی کے بعد قتل کیا، دونوں وارداتوں میں طریقہ قتل زیادتی کے بعد گلے میں پھندہ ڈال کر قتل کرنا تھا، ملزم مقتولین کے ازاربند سے ہی گلے میں پھندہ ڈال کر قتل کرتا تھا، ملزم نے فروری 2023 میں ٹرانسجینڈر ظہور عرف بے بو کو قتل کیا تھا، اپریل 2023 میں ملزم نے ٹرانسجینڈر سیف عرف کملو کو بھی قتل کر دیا، ملزم قبل ازیں جنوری 2020 میں رحیم یار خان میں بھی ایک شخص کو اسی انداز میں قتل کر چکا ہے، ملزم پہلے ٹرانسجینڈرز سے راہ و رسم بڑھاتا اور پھر زیادتی کے بعد قتل کردیتا تھا، ٹرانسجینڈر کے قتل کے واقعہ پر سی پی او سید خالد ہمدانی نے ملزم کی گرفتاری کے لئے ایس ایس پی انویسٹی گیشن اور ایس پی راول کی زیر نگرانی خصوصی ٹیم تشکیل دی تھی، تفتیشی ٹیم نے انتھک محنت کے بعد سیریل کلر کا سراغ لگا کر گرفتار کر لیا، ملزم کا ڈی این اے ٹیسٹ کروایا گیا ہے،

Rawat, Pothwar.com, Ikram-ul-Haq Qureshi, June 2, 2023— A significant achievement by Rawalpindi police as they apprehended a serial killer responsible for the murders of two blind transgender individuals.

The suspect, Ali Hussain, had committed the killings within a span of one and a half months in the Saddar area of Rawalpindi. After subjecting both victims to assault, the perpetrator strangled them by using a noose around their necks. The suspect would restrain his victims using their own clothing and then proceed to strangle them.

In February 2023, the perpetrator had murdered transgender Zahoor, also known as Bebo. In April 2023, the suspect claimed the life of transgender Safee, also known as Kamaloo. Furthermore, in January 2020, the suspect also murdered an individual named Rahim Yar Khan in a similar manner.

The suspect would first engage with transgender individuals, leading them on before committing acts of assault and eventually murder. Upon the incident of transgender murders, the Chief Police Officer, Syed Khalid Hamdani, formed a special team under the supervision of SSP Investigation and SSP Rawal to apprehend the suspect.

After extensive efforts, the investigative team successfully traced and apprehended the serial killer. The suspect has undergone DNA testing as part of the investigation.
